Abstract

Описан способ получения углеводородов, содержащий a) паровой реформинг вводимого углеводородного сырья (10) путем разделения сырья на первый (12) и второй (13) потоки, смешивания первого потока с паром (16), пропускания смеси первого потока и пара над катализатором, расположенным в нагреваемых трубках в теплообменной установке для реформинга (28) с образованием газа первичного реформинга (30), формирования потока подаваемого сырья в установку вторичного реформинга (40), содержащего газ первичного реформинга и второй углеводородный поток, частичного сжигания потока подаваемого сырья в установку вторичного реформинга кислородсодержащим газом (44) и приведения полученного газа после частичного сжигания к равновесию над катализатором вторичного реформинга и использования полученного газа вторичного реформинга (48) для нагрева трубок теплообменной установки для реформинга с образованием частично охлажденного газа после реформинга, b) дополнительное охлаждение частично охлажденного газа после реформинга ниже точки росы пара для конденсации воды и отделение конденсированной воды (56) с получением обезвоженного синтез-газа (58), c) синтез углеводородов из указанного обезвоженного синтез-газа по реакции Фишера-Тропша и выделение, по меньшей мере, некоторого количества синтезированных углеводородов для образования хвостового газа (70) и d) введение по меньшей мере части указанного хвостового газа в поток подаваемого сырья в установку вторичного реформинга перед его частичным сжиганием.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
