Abstract

Фармацевтическая композиция включает физиологически активный конъюгат, содержащий пептид тимозин α(ТА1), конъюгированный с веществом, которое увеличивает период полураспада пептида ТА1 в сыворотке пациента, когда конъюгат вводят пациенту. Вещество может быть по сути неантигенным полимером. В способе по изобретению по сути неантигенный полимер конъюгируют с пептидом ТА1. Композиции в соответствии с изобретением вводят пациентам, нуждающимся в стимуляции иммунитета.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2003.11.20.
