Abstract

Una composicion farmaceutica incluye un conjugado fisiologicamente activo que incluye un peptido de Timosina alfa 1 (TA1) conjugado a un material que aumenta la vida media del peptido de TA1 en suero de un paciente cuando dicho conjugado se administra a un paciente. El material puede ser un polimero substancialmente no antigenico. En un metodo de la invencion, el polimero substancialmente no antigenico esta conjugado a un peptido de TA1. Composiciones de acuerdo con la invencion se administran a pacientes que requieren de estimulacion inmunitaria.
