Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к инструменту для сверления и/или фрезерования, имеющему хвостовик и режущую часть, при этом режущая часть содержит режущие канавки, проходящие у ее периферии по спирали к торцу, а также содержит на ее торце режущие кромки, которые образованы посредством среза части поверхностей режущих канавок по торцу инструмента, при этом угол наклона винтовой линии режущих канавок, измеренный относительно плоскости, содержащей ось инструмента, больше измеренного в соответствующей плоскости угла режущих поверхностей, смежных с режущими кромками торца и образованных нижним концевым участком режущих канавок. Для создания инструмента, предназначенного для сверления и фрезерования, а также способа его изготовления, так чтобы инструмент обеспечивал низкие силы резания и, тем не менее, большой угол наклона винтовой линии для хорошего транспортирования материала и благоприятных соотношений для удаления материала, согласно изобретению предложено, чтобы угол режущей поверхности, начиная от торцевой нижней кромки, непрерывно изменялся и переходил в угол наклона винтовой линии режущих канавок.
