Abstract
Изобретение относится к реактору для перевода в газообразное и/или расплавленное состояние исходного сырья, который содержит: загрузочный участок (1), через который производится загрузка исходных материалов, секцию (8) пиролиза, которая с образованием расширенного поперечного сечения присоединена к предыдущему загрузочному участку, средства (10) для подачи газа, которые примерно в плоскости упомянутого расширения поперечного сечения сообщаются с секцией (8) пиролиза и через которые нагретые газы подводятся к насыпному конусу (9), секцию плавки и перегрева (14), которая соединяется с секцией (8) пиролиза, верхние приспособления (15) для дутья (фурмы), через которые энергообогащенная среда подается в секцию (14) плавки и перегрева, восстановительную секцию (20), которая содержит приспособления (21) для отбора газа, через которые отсасываются избыточные газы, лещадь (25), которая при определенных обстоятельствах расположена под восстановительной секцией (20) и которая предназначена для сбора и отвода металлического и шлакового расплава, нижние приспособления (26) для дутья, через которые энергообогащенная среда подается непосредственно сверху расплава и под приспособления для отбора газа (21).
