Abstract
"REATOR E PROCESSO PARA GASEIFICAçãO E/OU FUSãO DE MATERIAIS DE CARREGAMENTO". Compreendendo: um setor de carregamento (1), através do qual os materiais são introduzidos; um setor de pirólise (8), o qual se liga ao setor anterior através da criação de uma ampliação da seção transversal; elementos injetores de gás (10) que desembocam no setor de pirólise (8) aproximadamente na altura da ampliação da seção transversal, e através dos quais gases quentes são conduzidos a um cone de material a granel (9); um setor de fusão e superaquecimento (14) conectado ao setor de pirólise (8); elementos superiores de injeção (15), através dos quais um meio energeticamente rico é introduzido no setor de fusão e superaquecimento (14); um setor redutor (20), que abrange elementos aspiradores de gás (21), através dos quais gases excedentes são retirados por aspiração; um forno (25) debaixo do setor redutor (20) para a coleta e a retirada de metais fundidos e escórias fundidas; e elementos inferiores de injeção (26), através dos quais é introduzido imediatamente acima das massas fundidas e abaixo dos elementos aspiradores de gases (21) um meio energeticamente rico. Além disso, a invenção se refere a um processo para a gaseificação e/ou a fusão de materiais.
