Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новому способу получения антагонистов αvβ3/αvβ5-интегрина на основе имидазолидинона и промежуточных соединений, используемых для их получения. Указанные соединения являются антагонистами рецепторов αvβ3/αvβ5-интегрина, поэтому их можно эффективно использовать для ингибирования резорбции костей, а также для лечения и профилактики остеопороза. Объектом настоящего изобретения является также 3-{2-оксо-3-[3-(5,6,7,8-тетрагидро[1,8]нафтиридин-2-ил)пропил]имидазолидин-1-ил}-3(S)-(6-метоксипиридин-3-ил)пропионовая кислота в форме полугидрата.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2002.01.17.
