Abstract

Настоящее изобретение предлагает способ получения элементарной серы из сероводорода, содержащегося в исходном потоке кислого газа, в котором сероводород и диоксид серы взаимодействуют только в каталитической установке для извлечения серы, включающей один каталитический конвертер, содержащий каталитическую реакционную зону Клауса. Обогащенный диоксидом серы газ, получаемый при обработке остаточного газа, рециркулируется и вводится в каталитическую реакционную зону как часть исходной газовой смеси, которая также включает исходный поток кислого газа. В каталитической реакционной зоне эффективно поддерживается умеренная температура благодаря рециклу остаточного газа в конвертер таким образом, что может быть достигнута высокая концентрация сероводорода в исходном потоке кислого газа, а также повышены эксплуатационная гибкость и производительность системы. Также раскрывается способ предварительной обработки, включающий контактирование кислого газа с кислым водным промывочным раствором для снижения концентрации ненасыщенных углеводородов в кислом газе и ингибирования дезактивации катализатора окисления.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2002.01.24.
