Abstract
Элементарную серу извлекают из сероводорода, присутствующего в природном газе и в других технологических газах в реакционном контуре, в котором объединены жидкофазный реактор, печь и абсорбер диоксида серы. В реакторе протекает взаимодействие сероводорода с диоксидом серы, с использованием избытка сероводорода в жидкой фазе, в присутствии гомогенного катализатора, причем в реактор подают диоксид серы, образовавшийся при сжигании непрореагировавшего сероводорода в печи, из газообразных продуктов сгорания извлекают диоксид серы в абсорбере и направляют извлеченный диоксид серы в реактор. В реакционном контуре не образуются какие-либо продукты реакции, отличающиеся от серы и воды.
