Abstract
Способ селективного окисления сероводорода в сырьевом газе, содержащем сероводород, в элементарную серу, в котором содержащий сероводород сырьевой газ (3), инертная жидкая среда (5) и газ, содержащий молекулярный кислород (4), подаются в реакционную зону (1), которая включает в себя по меньшей мере одну каталитическую зону (2), содержащую катализатор окисления, для того чтобы образовалась элементарная сера и газообразный поток, обедненный сероводородом (8), причем в этом способе катализатор окисления в каждой каталитической зоне (2) контактирует с сероводородом и/или молекулярным кислородом в присутствии инертной жидкой среды при температуре в диапазоне от 120 до 160°С в таких условиях, что образовавшаяся элементарная сера в основном находится в жидком состоянии и удаляется из реакционной зоны с инертной жидкой средой.
