Abstract

Настоящее изобретение заключается в том, что несколько подпрессованных внутренних трубопроводов подаются в крейцкопфную пресс-форму и расплавленный внешний трубопровод экструдируется вокруг внутренних трубопроводов. Затем подпрессованные внутренние трубопроводы и расплавленный внешний трубопровод подаются в складчатый туннель пресс-формы, в котором расплавленный внешний трубопровод в расплавленном состоянии приобретает гофры, этим создавая конструкцию многоканального кабелепровода, которая включает несколько удлиненных внутренних трубопроводов и гофрированный внешний трубопровод, охватывающий внутренние трубопроводы по всей их длине для удерживания. Этот способ непрерывного изготовления конструкции многоканального кабелепровода путем использования экструзионной машины с крейцкопфной пресс-формой и прессовочным средством ранее известен не был.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
