本实用新型提供一种电缆、光缆用多孔管,包括横截面为矩形的空心管,以及位于空心管内并将其内孔纵向分隔成数个腔室,且与空心管呈一整体结构的分隔筋条。腔室一般为2~9个。每个腔室代替一根子管使用,可穿一根电缆或光缆,即在一根空心管可同时穿2~9根电缆或光缆。成本低,施工方便,同时也提高了管线质量。

电缆、光缆用多孔管
本实用新型涉及一种通讯线路保护导管,特别是涉及一种电缆、光缆用多孔管。
无论电缆或光缆在埋设时,均需使用保护导管,以前曾使用过水泥管。目前多使用PVC组合管或捆扎管,PE、PVC波纹管作外保护管。整体管由外保护管及位于外保护管内的子管组成,即为了对光缆起到很好的保护作用,还应在外保护管内加穿子管,成为组合管,而且必须一次同时穿入三根子管,子管的穿入须在外保护管铺设完工后,再另行施工穿入。而子管在外保护管内并不是一组平行的直线,故穿管阻力大,穿管长度短,再者,子管长度与入孔间的距离不是倍数关系,造成子管浪费;而捆扎管是将几根子管捆扎后再第二次挤出外保护管,使其成“整体”。这两种保护管的造价高,施工亦不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种将子管与外保护管结合为一体的,且一次成形,材料费用低,施工费用低,管线质量高的电缆、光缆用多孔管。
本实用新型电缆、光缆用多孔管是这样实现的,它包括其横截面为矩形的空心管,以及位于空心管内,并将空心管内孔纵向分隔为数个腔室,且与空心管呈整体结构的分隔筋条。根据不同需要,可分隔为2~9个腔室,即2~9个穿缆腔室。空心管的外壁起外保护管作用,筋条除了起分隔空心管内孔成为多个穿缆腔室,即多个子管作用外,还起支撑空心管壁作用,使空心管的环刚度大大提高。而被分隔筋条纵向分隔成的腔室起着子管的隔离保护作用。使用时,两多孔管对位相接,并用粘结剂粘接。
本实用新型电缆、光缆用多孔管使用时,空心管内每一腔室可穿一条电缆或光缆,如空心管为9腔室时,可在同一空心管内同时穿9条电缆或光缆,两多孔管间对位后采用粘结剂连接。
本实用新型电缆、光缆用多孔管的优点在于将传统的外保护管和位于外保护管内的子管结合为一整体,即用一根管子代替原来的外保护管和多根子管,材料及施工费用低,省时省工,施工方便,且管线质量高。

本实用新型电缆、光缆用多孔管包括其横截面为矩形的空心管1,以及位于空心管1内,并将空心管1内孔纵向分隔为两个至九个腔室2,且与空心管1呈整体结构的筋条3。

1、一种电缆、光缆用多孔管,包括空心管,其特征在于空心管的横截面为矩形,空心管内有将内孔纵向分隔成腔室,且与空心管呈一整体结构的分隔筋条。
