Claims (2)
- 외관의 내부에 다수의 내관이 내장된 구조를 가지며, 압출 공정을 통해 성형된 합성수지제 외관과, 압출 공정을 통해 성형되어 있으며, 상기 외관의 내부에 위치하는 다수의 합성수지제 내관으로 구성되고, 상기 내관들의 외주면 일측이 외관의 내주면에 융착되어 있는 합성수지제 튜브에 있어서,상기 내관은 다수의 내부블럭 및 각 내부블럭으로부터 외측으로 일정 간격으로 이격되어 있는 외부블럭으로 구성된 제1다이스에 외부블럭과 내부블럭 사이의 틈으로 원료가 투입되어 형성되되, 각 외부블럭은 내관연결부에 상호 연결되어 있고, 원료가 내관연결부에도 투입됨으로써 상기 다수의 내관들은 각기 인접한 내관을 연결하는 연결부에 의해 전체의 단면 형태가 폐각형 또는 폐곡선으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,외관의 내부에 다수의 내관이 내장된 합성수지제 튜브.
- 호퍼를 통해 투입되는 원료를 스크루케이스를 통하여 내,외부블럭으로 이루어지는 다이스로 압출시켜 합성수지제 튜브를 제조하도록 되어 있으며, 스크류케이스의 헤드에 소정 너비의 원주내로 위치되게 설치되는 다수의 내관 성형을 위한 제1다이스를 가지며, 제1다이스는 다수의 내부블럭 및 각 내부블럭으로부터 외측으로 일정 간격으로 이격되어 있는 외부블럭을 포함하여 구성되어 원료가 내부블럭과 외부블럭 사이의 틈에 투입되어 다수 개의 내관을 형성하도록 된 제1압출기와, 제1압출기에 연이어 설치되며, 상기 제1압출기로부터 압출 성형되어 나오는 내관을 수냉식으로 냉각시키는 제1냉각기와, 스크류케이스의 헤드에 상기 제1냉각기에 연이어 설치되어서 상기 제1압출기로부터 압출되는 내관을 받아드리는 수용관을 가지며, 이 수용관의 끝부분에 상기 제1압출기를 통해 제조되어 통과되는 다수의 내관들의 외주위를 감싸는 외관 성형을 위한 제2다이스를 갖되, 제2다이스는 다수의 내부블럭 및 각 내부블럭으로부터 외측으로 일정 간격으로 이격되어 있는 외부블럭을 포함하여 구성되고, 내부블럭은 내관의 진입구 측에서 내경이 점차 작아지고, 배출구 측에서 내경이 점차 커지도록 구성되어 있는 제2압출기와, 상기 제2압출기에 연이어서 상기 제2다이스를 통하여 압출되는 외관의 주벽에 주름성형을 위한 제2정형다이스를 가지며, 상기 제2정형다이스를 통하여 압출 성형되는 외관을 수냉식으로 냉각시키는 제2냉각기로 구성되어 합성수지제 튜브를 제조하는 장치에 있어서,상기 제1압출기의 제1다이스는 각 외부블럭이 내관연결부에 의해 상호 연결되어 있으며, 원료는 내부블럭과 외부블럭 사이의 틈 및 내관연결부에 투입되어, 폐곡선 또는 폐각형을 갖는 형태의 다수 개의 내관을 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는,외관의 내부에 다수의 내관을 갖는 합성수지제 튜브의 제조장치.
