Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения эфиров жирных кислот одновалентных алкиловых спиртов путем щелочного катализа трансэтерификации эфиров жирных кислот поливалентных спиртов. Процесс получения включает несколько стадий. Жирные кислоты, содержащиеся в исходном материале, обрабатывают несмешивающейся щелочной глицериновой фазой, а после отделения глицериновой фазы триглицерида подвергаются трансэтерификации в смесителе в присутствии щелочного катализатора. Эта смесь образуется как полярная фаза в последующих стадиях этерификации и может быть отделена от реакционной смеси путем стадии выделения фракций. При этом необходимо подсчитать минимальное количество катализатора в пересчете на 1000 г масла в зависимости от его кислотного числа. В изобретении также описан способ получения топлива для дизельных двигателей на основе получаемых жирнокислотных эфиров алкиловых спиртов.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
