Abstract

Турбина, приводимая в действие протекающей средой, для выработки электроэнергии, содержащая ряд крыльев (5) подходящей длины, ширины и толщины, имеющих гидродинамическую форму, при этом каждое крыло (5) прикреплено верхней частью своего вала (6) к вращающейся дискообразной поддерживающей конструкции (3), которая является концентрической по отношению к основному валу (2) турбины, а продольные валы (6) крыльев (5), по существу, параллельны основному валу (2), в которой каждое крыло (5) снабжено двигателем (8), который используется для индивидуального поворота крыла (5) вокруг его продольного вала (6) независимо от каждого из других крыльев (5) для достижения того, чтобы основная поверхность каждого крыла (5) находилась под требуемым углом атаки, относительным и абсолютным, к направлению протекающей среды (11).
