Abstract

Настоящее изобретение связано с абсорбцией диоксида углерода из технологического газа, с использованием раствора карбоната калия, циркулирующего в контуре, для получения бикарбоната калия, в присутствии диэтанол амина как катализатора и ванадата калия как ингибитора коррозии и с последующей десорбцией диоксида углерода в контуре. В контуре происходит накопление солей калия органической кислоты, причем предусмотрен вывод из контура бокового погона части водного раствора, разбавление его водным разбавителем и пропускание его через полупроницаемую мембрану для удаления из бокового погона солей калия органической кислоты в виде водного раствора. Предотвращено прохождение через мембрану анионов ванадата, причем остальная часть бокового погона возвращается в контур, при этом в зависимости от необходимости производят добавку в контур карбоната калия и диэтанол амина.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
