Abstract
В способе получения (мет)акролеина или (мет)акриловой кислоты, который включает подачу сырья для (мет)акролеина или (мет)акриловой кислоты и содержащего молекулярный кислород газа, смешанного с разбавляющим газом и сжатого компрессором, в реактор окисления для проведения реакции каталитического газофазного окисления между ними; подачу полученного реакционного газа в абсорбционную колонну для контакта с водой; извлечение водного раствора (мет)акролеина или (мет)акриловой кислоты из куба абсорбционной колонны и отходящего газа из шлема абсорбционной колонны и рециркуляцию части или всего извлеченного таким образом отходящего газа для повторного использования в качестве разбавляющего газа, температуру смешанного газа на всасывающем патрубке компрессора регулируют до температуры не ниже, чем его точка росы. Согласно способу по настоящему изобретению предотвращаются забивка и повреждение компрессора.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
