Abstract

Агрегат печи для сжигания отходов, содержащий сушильную камеру, камеру разложения, камеру сгорания, каталитический конвертер, конденсатор водяных паров и устройство утилизации тепла, которые объединены таким образом, что воздух сгорания течет по внутренней части теплоизолированной наружной стенки и между воздухом, содержащим пыль и золу, и выходящим газом происходит противоточный теплообмен, в котором основа смешивается для сжигания отходов. Большая часть составляющих элементов может быть заключена во вращающемся корпусе. Температура выходящего газа близка к комнатной температуре, и скруббер может быть непосредственно подсоединен или объединен в одно целое. Выход загрязняющих веществ может быть снижен до очень низкого уровня. Для сжигания отходов, имеющих даже содержание воды 90% или более, не требуется вспомогательного топлива, кроме топлива для начального нагрева и растопочного факела для поддержания пламени. Возможно, работать с различными типами отходов и использовать различные типы печей для сжигания отходов.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
