- 가연성 폐기물을 연소하여 발생되는 불완전연소가스를 고온하에서 재연소하도록 한 공지의 버너장치에 있어서, 각종 폐타이어나 산업용폐기물을 투입하고, 상단에 뚜껑(4)을 구비하는 건류기본체(2); 상기한 건류기본체의 외주연을 감싸도록 일정한 두께와 폭을 갖도록 설치되는 냉각수자켓(3); 상기 냉각수자켓의 상단에 설치되어서 급수관(6)으로 냉각수를 공급하는 급수탱크(5); 상기 냉각수자켓의 상단에 설치되어서 물의 팽창 시 완충역할을 하는 완충용 챔버(7); 상기 건류기본체의 하단에 설치되어서 건류기본체에 공급된 폐타이어나 산업용 폐기물에 점화시키거나 청소구 역할을 겸하는 점화청소구(8); 상기 건류기본체의 외주연에 설치되어서 가연성가스 열분해 기화장치의 전체적인 운전을 제어하는 콘트롤판넬(9); 상기 건류기본체의 하단에 설치되어서 건류기본체의 내부로 미량의 열분해용 공기를 공급하는 송풍기(10); 상기 건류기본체의 중단 내부에 설치되어서 가연성가스를 연소실(13)쪽으로 유도하는 가연성가스유도관(11); 및 상기 가연성가스유도관의 관로상에 설치되어서 가연성가스유도관으로 이송되는 가연성가스를 연소실(13)에서 완전연소시키도록 구성하여서 된 가연성가스 열분해 기화장치.
