Abstract

Пастообразный пищевой продукт на основе молока, имеющий высокую энергетическую ценность на единицу потребляемого продукта, причем пищевой продукт содержит, главным образом, молоко жирностью 15%, а также сахар, крахмал и желирующее вещество в качестве загустителей, которые придают пищевому продукту пастообразную консистенцию, и имеет вязкость не менее 3 Па·с при 10°C. В этот пастообразный пищевой продукт с высоким содержанием сухого вещества могут быть добавлены какао-порошок, плодовая мякоть и ароматизаторы. Предпочтительным является многослойный продукт, состоящий из указанных пастообразных пищевых продуктов со слоями различного цвета/вкуса.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
