Abstract
Se divulgan nuevos compuestos sustituidos derivados de 8-carbamoil-3,4-dihidroisoquinolin-2(1H)-ilo que se unen a la proteína antiapoptótica Bcl-xL, promueven la apoptosis celular y son útiles para el tratamiento de, por ejemplo, tumores sólidos y hematológicos, tipos de cáncer en los cuales se expresa la proteína Bcl-cL incluyendo cáncer de vejiga, cáncer de cerebro, cáncer de mama, cáncer de médula ósea, cáncer de cuello uterino, leucemia linfocítica crónica, cáncer colorrectal, cáncer de esófago, cáncer hepatocelular, leucemia linfoblástica, linfoma folicular, una forma maligna linfoide originada de células T o de células B, melanoma, leucemia mielogénica, mieloma, cáncer oral, cáncer de ovario, cáncer de pulmón de células no pequeñas, cáncer de próstata, cáncer de pulmón de células pequeñas o cáncer de bazo.
