Claims (5)
1. Genopladeligt lithium-ion knapcellebatteri, der omfatter: et forseglet hus, der omfatter et indvendigt hylster (1) og et udvendigt hylster (3), hvor hvert af begge hylstre har i det mindste ét fladt område (la, 3a) som overside eller underside af knapcellebatteriet, og en rund eller oval sidevæg (lc, 3b) , der er lodret formet i forhold til de flade områder, hvor det forseglede hus også omfatter en rund eller oval isolationspakning (2), der har en basiskant, som er anbragt mellem sidevæggene, hvor basiskanten dækker en åbningsende af den indvendige hylster-sidevæg; hvor den udvendige hylstersidevæg er krympet sammen med pakningen imod det indvendige hylster for at forsegle knapcellebatteriet; en rund eller oval metalflage (10), der er anbragt mellem basiskanten og det flade område (3a) af det udvendige hylster; og en første elektrode (4) og en anden elektrode (5) inden i det forseglede hus, der er spiralviklet med en separator (6) til at være en rund eller oval rulle, som har en rulleakse, der er vertikal på de flade områder af hylstrene, hvor hver af elektroderne har ét lille område, der ikke er belagt med aktive materialer, hvor frilagt metal ved det lille område tjener som en lederfane (7, 13) for at forbinde elektroderne med de respektive hylstre; hvor lederfanen for den første elektrode er svejst med den runde eller ovale metalflage; en anden rund isolationsskive (11), der er fastgjort til metalflagen efter svejsningen af den første elektrode; hvor det forseglede hus også indeholder elektrolyt; kendetegnet ved, at en første O-ring-formet isolationsskive (11a) er fastgjort til metalflagen før svejsning, hvor en øvre overflade af metalflagen, der er forbundet til den første elektrode, er fuldstændigt isoleret fra elektrolyt.
2. Celle ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden elektrode er svejst på sin lederfane på det indvendige hylster.
3. Celle ifølge krav 1, hvor den første elektrode-lederfane er belagt med isoleringsbånd (7a, 7b) ved dens ikke-belagte og ikke-forbindende områder i det omfang, at intet metal af den første elektrode er frilagt overfor elektrolytten.
4. Celle ifølge krav 1, hvor den anden elektrode-lederfane er belagt med isoleringsbånd (13a, 13b) ved dens ikke-belagte og ikke-svejste områder i det omfang, at intet metal af den anden elektrode er frilagt overfor elektrolytten.
5. Celle ifølge krav 1, hvor i det mindste en af lederfanerne i det mindste er foldet dobbelt.
