Claims (10)
1. Laserkirurgisk system til fragmentering af linsevæv i et øje, hvilket system omfatter: en pulserende laser (302), der er indrettet til at generere en pulserende laserstråle; et optikmodul (310), der omfatter en eller flere linser og en eller flere reflektorer, der er indrettet til at fokusere og rette laserstrålen mod et målområde (301) i linsevævet; en billeddannelsesanordning (330), der er indrettet til at opsamle reflekteret eller spredt lys eller lyd fra målområdet (301) i linsevævet til indfangning af billeddata; et systemstyringsmodul (320), der er indrettet til at generere et laserstyringssignal til styring af den pulserende laser (302) og generere et strålestyringssignal til styring af optikmodulet (310) til justering af fokuseringen og laserstråleretningen som reaktion på strålestyringssignalet; hvor systemstyringsmodulet (320) er indrettet til at behandle de indfangede billeddata til bestemmelse af placeringen af de påførte laserimpulser; der er kendetegnet ved, at systemstyringsmodulet (320) yderligere er indrettet til at styre optikmodulet til scanning af den pulserende laser til frembringelse af en regelmæssig todimensionel opstilling af celler i et volumen af målområdet, der er placeret i linsen, ved frembringelse af lag af laserinducerede fotodisrupterede bobler til generering af celleoverflader og grænser, således at der dannes kurvede lag af fotodisrupterede bobler til akkommodering af en naturlig krumning i målområdet i linsevævet i øjet, hvorved vævet langs overflader og grænser af cellerne brydes op til granula af fragmenteret væv til fjernelse ved hjælp af aspiration.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor systemstyringsmodulet (320) er indrettet til at styre optikmodulet til frembringelse af et grænselag omkring den regelmæssige todimensionelle opstilling af celler.
3. System ifølge krav 1, hvor systemstyringsmodulet (320) er indrettet til at styre optikmodulet til frembringelse af den regelmæssige todimensionelle opstilling af celler ved frembringelse af cellerne med en rumlig udstrækning på mindre end 340 pm.
4. System ifølge krav 1, hvor de fotodisrupterede bobler dannes ved hjælp af laserimpulser, der er adskilt med en afstand på 20 pm.

9. System ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor billeddannelsesanordningen (330) er en optisk kohærens tomografi (OCT)-anordning.
10. System ifølge krav 1, hvor systemstyringsmodulet (320) er indrettet til at behandle billeddata fra billeddannelsesanordningen (330), der indbefatter information om positionsforskydning for biprodukterne fra fotodisruptionen i målområdet, og strålestyringssignalet kan genereres på basis af forskydningsinformationen opnået fra billeddataene til styring af optikmodulet (310), der kan justere laserstrålen som reaktion herpå.
