Claims (13)
1. Kalkvandssammensætning med høj reaktivitet, som haren størrelse af tc>o mindre end eller lig med 10 s og omfatter læskede kalkpartikler opslæmmet i en vandig fase, kendetegnet ved, at nævnte læskede kalkpartikler er lavet af læskede kalkpartikler, der har en partikelstørrelse beskrevet med en snæver og monomodal profil af partikelstørrelsesdistribution, hvor forskellen mellem d9o og dio er mindre end eller lig med 15 pm.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor nævnte partikler har en partikelstørrelse d98 mindre end eller lig med 10 pm, en partikelstørrelse dso mindre end eller lig med 1,5 pm og en partikelstørrelse d3o mindre end eller lig med 1 pm som målt ved sedimentation.
3. 4. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, med en viskositet mindre end 350 mPa.s, fortrinsvis mindre end 250 mPa.s, og mest fortrinsvis mindre end 200 mPa.s som målt med Brookfield-standard DV-III-rheometer ved en rotationshastighed på 100 rotationer per minut.
5. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor sammensætningen er en læsket kalksuspension i formen af kalkvand med et faststofindhold større end eller lig med 2 %, fordelagtigt større end eller lig med 5 %, fortrinsvis større end eller lig med 10 %, i særdeleshed større end eller lig med 12 %, i særdeleshed fortrinsvis større end eller lig med 15 %, i forhold til den totale vægt af suspensionen.
6. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor sammensætningen er en læsket kalksuspension i formen af kalkvand med et faststofindhold mindre end eller lig med 30 %, i særdeleshed mindre end eller lig med 25 %.
7. Sammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, med en opløsningshastighed i destilleret vand som målt ved KIWA-fremgangsmåde sådan at 90 % af de læskede kalkpartikler er opløst på mindre end 8 sekunder, fortrinsvis på mindre end 5 sekunder og mest fortrinsvis på mindre end 3 sekunder.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen kalkvandssammensætning med høj reaktivitet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, omfattende de på hinanden følgende trin: a) læskning af en ulæsket kalk ved at tilsætte et forhold af ulæsket kalk til vand større end 1 til 8, i særdeleshed 1 til 6, og mindre end 1 til 3 for at danne en kalksuspension, b) partikelstørrelsesskæring af nævnte kalksuspension, eventuelt fortyndet, ved sortering efter størrelse på en vibrationssi med masker på 250 pm, mere fortrinsvis med masker mindre end eller lig med 100 pm, med opnåelsen af mindst en første fraktion som skal formales, der passerer igennem maskerne af sien af 250 pm, mere fortrinsvis med masker mindre end eller lig med 100 pm, og af en anden afvist fraktion i alt væsentligt omfattet af inerte partikler eller af urenheder, som skal separeres, c) en partikelstørrelsesreduktion ved formaling med kugler af nævnte mindst ene første fraktion som skal formales og d) opnåelse af nævnte kalkvand med høj reaktivitet, eventuelt efter fortynding.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor nævnte partikelstørrelsesreduktion ved formaling med kugler udføres i en kuglemølle, som indeholder formalingskugler, hvor størrelsen er mindre end 1,4 mm.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, hvor nævnte partikelstørrelsesskæring er en dobbelt sortering efter størrelsen på en første vibrationssi med masker på 250 pm og på en anden vibrationssi med masker mindre end eller lig med 100 pm med opnåelsen afen første fraktion som skal formales, afen anden fraktion og af en tredje fraktion, hvor nævnte første fraktion som skal formales er fraktionen, der passerer igennem maskerne af sien på 250 pm og afvist ved sien med masker mindre end eller lig med 100 pm, nævnte anden fraktion er en fraktion afvist ved sien med masker på 250 pm, i alt væsentligt omfattet af inerte partikler eller af urenheder, som skal separeres og nævnte tredje fraktion er en fraktion, der passerer igennem maskerne af sien mindre end eller lig med 100 pm.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10, hvor nævnte ulæskede kalk er en ulæsket kalk med en reaktivitet t6o målt i henhold til reaktivitetstesten beskrevet i standarden EN459-2 mellem 0,5 og 20 minutter, mere fortrinsvis mellem 1 til 10 minutter, fortrinsvis mindre end 5 minutter.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 11, hvor læskningen udføres med en vand, for eksempel en procesvand ved en temperatur på cirka 40 °C. i
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 12, hvor nævnte læskning udføres i et kalkpasta-læskeapparat.
