Claims (12)

1. Umættet karbonsyreester opnået fra eller under anvendelse af kildematerialer defineret i nedenstående formel (I): A(0,9-1,2) (B + C)(1,0) (I) hvor tallene i parentes angiver det molare mængdeforhold af kildemateriale A til summen af kildemateriale B og C og hvor: A: er en umættet dikarbonsyre, B: er et materiale B valgt blandt forbindelser, hvor en andel på mindst 40 % af atomerne tilhører en kædestiv gruppe, C: er et materiale C valgt blandt forbindelser med mindst to hydroxylgrupper og en gennemgående kæde imellem hhv. to hydroxylgrupper, som har en længde på 10 til 25 atomer, hvor materiale C er valgt blandt forbindelser, hvor andelen, som tilhører en kædestiv gruppe, udgør højst 25 % af forbindelsen atomer, hvor andelene af kædestive grupper hhv. vedrører antallet af C-, N-, O- og S-atomer i forbindelsen med undtagelse af de endelige hydroxylgruppers oxygenatomer, hvor det molare forhold for B til C ligger imellem 5:95 og 95:5, og hvor antallet af led i den gennemgående kæde imellem de to hydroxylgrupper i materiale B og antallet af led i den gennemgående kæde imellem de to hydroxylgrupper i materiale C ligger i forholdet imellem 1:2 og 2:1.
2. Umættet karbonsyreester ifølge krav 1, hvor materiale C ikke har mere end to hydroxylgrupper, og hvor materiale B er valgt blandt forbindelser med to hydroxylgrupper og en gennemgående kæde imellem de to hydroxylgrupper, som har en længde på 5 til 30 atomer.
3. Umættet karbonsyreester ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor længden af den gennemgående kæde imellem to hydroxylgrupper i materiale B og/eller i materiale C har 10 til 24 atomer.
4. Umættet karbonsyreester ifølge ethvert af kravene 2 og 3, hvor antallet af led i den gennemgående kæde imellem de to hydroxylgrupper i det hårde diolsegment og antallet af led i den gennemgående kæde imellem de to hydroxylgrupper i det bløde diolsegment ligger i forholdet imellem 1:1,7 og 1,7:1.
5. Umættet karbonsyreester ifølge ethvert af kravene 2 til 4, hvor en andel på mindst 50 %, helst mindst 75 % af forbindelsens atomer tilhører en kædestiv gruppe i materiale B, og/eller hvor mindre end 15 % af atomerne tilhører en kædestiv gruppe i materiale C og der helst slet ikke er nogen kædestive grupper.
6. Umættet karbonsyreester ifølge ethvert af foregående krav, hvor materiale B er valgt blandt dialkoxyleret bisphenol A-, bisphenol F- og bisphenoltrimethylcyclohexan-legemer.
7. Umættet karbonsyreester ifølge krav 6, hvor materiale C er valgt blandt polypropylenglykolen, polypropylen-polyethylencoglykolen, polytetrahydrofuraner, polymerer af 6-caprolactoner, 1,6-hexandiolcarbonater, CC>2-baserede polycarbonater samt α,ω-hydroxyfunktionelle forbindelser med en kædelængde på 10-25 atomer, som er karbonatomer, eventuelt afbrudt af O, S, NH eller NR.
8. Umættet polyesterharpiks, omfattende en umættet karbonsyreester ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 7, opløst i mindst en forbindelse med mindst en C=C-dobbeltforbindelse og eventuelt en aromatisk ring, en cycloaliphatisk ring, en heteroring, som kan konvertere til en kædepolymer, når den udsættes for varme, lys eller ioniserende stråling.
9. Umættet polyesterharpiks ifølge krav 8, derudover omfattende en eller flere tilsætninger, helst valgt blandt sejmodifikatorer, forstærkningsfibre, fyldstoffer, pigmenter, farvestoffer og procesadditiver.
10. Umættet polyesterharpiks ifølge krav 9, hvor sejmodifikatoren eller sejmodifikatorerne er valgt blandt core-shell-partikler, gummi, voks og silikone.
11. Støbt legeme eller belægning bestående af eller omfattende en duromer, som er opnået ved hærdning af polyesterharpiks ifølge krav 8 til 10.
12. Støbt legeme, omfattende et to-dimensionelt materiale, som er belagt, gennemblødt, imprægneret eller lamineret med en duromer, hvor duromeren er opnået ved hærdning af polyesterharpiks ifølge ethvert af kravene 8 til 10.
