Claims (10)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen sammensætning omfattende indkapslede gasmikrobobler, omfattende på hinanden følgende trin: i) tilvejebringe en vandig opvarmet proteinopløsning af et varmedenaturerbart protein ved en temperatur der er nødvendig for at opnå begyndende denaturering, hvor temperaturen er i området 50-100°C; ii) opvarme en gas ved anvendelse af varme fra den opvarmede proteinopløsning, hvor gassen opvarmes til en temperatur på ikke mindre end 20°C under temperaturen af den opvarmede proteinopløsning; iii) blande den opvarmede gas fra trin (ii) og den opvarmede proteinopløsning fra trin (i) for at opnå en opvarmet gas/væskeblanding; iv) dispergere den opvarmede gas til proteinopløsningen ved at underkaste den opvarmede gas/væskeblanding fra trin (iii) mekaniske forskydningskræfter for at danne en sammensætning af gasmikrobobler indkapslet af denatureret protein.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor blandingstrinnet (iii) udføres enten ved, eller i nærhed af, indløbet af blandeindretningen der anvendes til at tilvejebringe de mekaniske forskydningskræfter ifølge trin (iv).
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor proteinopløsningen tilvejebringes under et jævnt tilførselstryk.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor gasmikroboblerne har en partikelstørrelse med en standardafvigelse mindre end 20% af middelpartikelstørrelsen.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor proteinet er humant serumalbumin.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, hvor den opvarmede proteinopløsning er ved en temperatur i området 60-80°C.
7. Apparat der er egnet til udførelse af fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvilket apparat omfatter: i) en blandeindretning der genererer høje mekaniske forskydningskræfter, og med et indløb og et udløb; ii) et tilførselsrør omfattende:- et første indløb og et andet indløb som tilvejebringer de respektive åbninger af to baner, en varmeoverføringssektion omfattende en langsgående væg der adskiller de to baner, et udløb forbundet til indløbet af blandeindretningen; iii) en tilførselsbeholder til væskesammensætning forbundet til det første indløb af tilførselsrøret; iv) en gasbeholder forbundet det andet indløb af tilførselsrøret.
8. Apparatet ifølge krav 7, hvor den langsgående væg er til stede på en ledningsdel af tilførselsrøret, og hvor den langsgående væg krydser diameteren af ledningsdelen for at danne disse to baner.
9. Apparat ifølge krav 7, hvor den langsgående væg er til stede på en ledningsdel af tilførselsrøret, og hvor ledningsdelen omfatter en ydre ledning med en ydre cylindrisk væg, med en indre ledning, hvor den indre ledning løber inde i den ydre ledning.
10. Anvendelse af et apparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9 til fremstilling afen sammensætning omfattende indkapslede gasmikrobobler som defineret i krav 1.
