Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til oprensning af ammoniak eller blandinger af nitrogen og hydrogen, eller nitrogen, hydrogen og ammoniak ved anvendelse af et trin til fjernelse af carbonhydrider og vand ved adsorption, kendetegnet ved, at a) ammoniak eller en blanding af gasser under tryk på fra 0,1 til 25 MPa ledes gennem en søjle pakket med aluminiumoxid med et specifikt overfladeareal, som ikke er lavere end 50 m2/g, b) ammoniakken eller blandingen af gasser derpå ledes gennem en søjle pakket med CaO, NaOH, KOH eller en NaOH/KOH-smelte, separat eller i en blanding, ved 20 til 70°C og under tryk på fra 0,1 til 25 MPa, c) ammoniakken eller blandingen af gasser dernæst, ved 170 til 425°C, ledes gennem en søjle pakket med aktivt kul, som har et specifikt areal på 100 til 3000 m2/g med natrium-, kalium-, caesium-, magnesium-, calcium-, strontium-, barium- eller ceriumnitrater(V) eller -nitrater(lll) aflejret separat eller i en blanding på sin overflade, og som aktiveres inden anvendelse med en strøm af en inert gas eller hydrogen eller en blanding deraf med et tryk på fra 0,1 til 25 MPa og ved 250 til 700°C, idet ovennævnte trin gennemføres ved en seriel fremgangsmåde ved en strømningshastighed for gasstrømmen i intervallet fra 100 dm3/h til 1000 m3/h.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der til oprensning af ammoniak endvidere anvendes et indledende trin til fjernelse af methan, der forefindes oven over den flydende ammoniak, med fjernelse af gassen oven over væsken i en mængde på 1 til 100 dm3/h.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at ammoniak under tryk på fra 0,1 til 0,8 MPa indføres i søjlerne i trin a) og b).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen af gasser ledes gennem en søjle under tryk på fra 0,1 til 25 MPa i trin c).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at ammoniak ledes gennem en søjle under tryk på fra 0,1 til 0,8 MPa i trin c).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at søjlepakningen i trin a) regenereres ved at lede en strøm af en inert gas eller hydrogen eller en blanding af disse gasser gennem den ved 200 til 700°C.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at søjlepakningen i trin c) regenereres ved at lede en strøm af en inert gas eller hydrogen eller en blanding af disse gasser gennem den ved 250 til 700°C.
