Claims (20)
1. Lithiumsilikat-glaskeramik, som indeholder divalent metaloxid valgt blandt MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO, ZnO og blandinger deraf, 67.0 til 79,0 vægt-% Si02, mindst 12,1 vægt-% Li20, 2.0 til 9,0 vægt-% P205 og mindre end 1,0 vægt-% K20, Na20 og blandinger deraf.
2. Glaskeramik ifølge krav 1, hvor lithiumsilikat-glaskeramik, som indeholder mindst 6,1 vægt-% Zr02 er undtaget, og/eller lithiumsilikat-glaskeramik, som indeholder mindst 8,5 vægt-% overgangsmetaloxid valgt fra gruppen bestående af oxider af yttrium, oxider af overgangsmetaller med atomnummeret 41-79 og blandinger af oxider deraf er undtaget.
3. Glaskeramik ifølge krav 1 eller 2, som indeholder mindre end 0,5 vægt-% og fortrinsvist mindre end 0,1 vægt-% K20 og mest foretrukket er i alt væsentligt fri for K20 og/eller indeholder mindre end 0,5 og fortrinsvist mindre end 0,1 vægt-% K20, Na20 og blandinger deraf og/eller indeholder mindre end 1,0, i særdeleshed mindre end 0,5 og fortrinsvist mindre end 0,1 vægt-% yderligere alkalimetaloxid og mest foretrukket er i alt væsentlig fri deraf.
4. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, som indeholder mindre end 0,1 vægt-% l_a203 og fortrinsvist er i alt væsentlig fri deraf.
5. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, som indeholder det divalente metaloxid eller blandinger deraf i en mængde fra 0,1 til 15, i særdeleshed 2,0 til 12,0 og fortrinsvist 2,0 til 8,0 vægt-%.
6. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor den divalente metaloxid er SrO.
7. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, som har lithiummetasilikat som hoved krystalfase og i særdeleshed har mere end 5 volumen-%, fortrinsvist mere end 10 vo-lumen-% og særligt foretrukket mere end 15 volumen-% lithiummetasilikatkrystaller.
8. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, som har lithiumdisilikat som hovedkry-stalfase og i særdeleshed mere end 10 volumen-%, fortrinsvist har mere end 20 volumen-% og særligt foretrukket mere end 30 volumen-% lithiumdisilikatkrystaller.
9. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, som indeholder 12,5 til 20,0 og i særdeleshed 15,0 til 17,0 vægt-% Li20 og/eller indeholder Si02 og Li20 i et molforhold fra 1,7 til 3,1 og i særdeleshed 1,8 til 3,0 eller fra 2,3 til 2,5 og i særdeleshed fra omkring 2,4.
10. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, som indeholder 3,0 til 7,5 vægt-% P2O5.
11. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, som indeholder mindst et og fortrinsvist alle følgende komponenter:
12. Lithiumsilikat-glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, som har lithiumdisili-kat som hoved krystalfase og har en brudsejhed, målt som KIC værdi, fra mindst 1,9 MPa*m°5 og i særdeleshed mere end 2,3 MPa*m°5.
13. Lithiumsilikat-glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, som indeholder mindre end 5,0 og i særdeleshed mindre end 0,1 vægt-% BaO og fortrinsvist er i alt væsentlig fri for BaO.
14. Udgangsglas, som indeholder komponenterne af glaskeramikken ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6 eller 9 til 13.
15. Lithiumsilikatglas med kim, som er egnet til udformningen af lithiummetasili-kat- og/eller lithiumdisilikatkrystaller, hvor glasset som indeholder komponenterne af glaskeramikken ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6 eller 9 til 13.
16. Glaskeramik ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13 eller glas ifølge krav 14 eller 15, hvor glasset og glaskeramikken foreligger i form af et pulver, et granulat, et råemne eller en dental restaurering.
17. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af glaskeramikken ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13 eller 16 eller glasset ifølge krav 15 eller 16, ved hvilken udgangsglasset ifølge krav 14 eller 16, glasset med kim ifølge krav 15 eller 16 eller glaskeramikken med lithiummetasilikat som hoved krystalfase ifølge et af kravene 7, 9 til 13 eller 16 underkastes mindst en varmebehandling i området fra 450 til 950°C og i særdeleshed 450 til 750°C.
18. Anvendelse af glaskeramikken ifølge et af kravene 1 til 13 eller 16 eller glasset ifølge et af kravene 14 til 16 som dentalt materiale og i særdeleshed til belægning af dentale restaureringer og fortrinsvist til fremstilling af dentale restaureringer.
19. Anvendelse til fremstilling af dentale restaureringer ifølge krav 18, hvor glaskeramikken eller glasset formes gennem presning eller maskinel bearbejdning til ønskede dentale restaureringer, i særdeleshed broer, inlay, onlay, abutment, facade, delkrone, krone eller skal.
20. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en lithiumsilikat-glaskeramik, som indeholder divalent metaloxid valgt blandt MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO, ZnO og blandinger deraf og indeholder mindst 12,1 vægt-% Li20, hvor (a) et udgangsglas, som indeholder komponenterne af glaskeramikken, underka- stes en varmebehandling ved en temperatur fra 470 til 560°C i et tidsrum fra 10 min til 120 min, for at danne et glas med kim, som er egnet til udformningen af lithiumdisilikat-krystaller, og (b) glasset med kim underkastes en varmebehandling ved en temperatur fra 600 til 750°C, for at danne en glaskeramik med lithiumdisilikat som hovedkrystalfase.
