Claims (9)
1. Fremgangsmåde til tørfremstilling afen membran-elektrode-enhed (4) til en elektrolyseproces, hvor der opbygges en laglignende indretning (5), omfattende følgende komponenter: - placeret i midten en membran (16) fremstillet ved ekstrudering, som tørres på forhånd ved en temperatur på mellem 80 °C og 100 °C i et tidsrum på 15 min til 30 min, - på begge sider af membranen (16) hver sin bærer-elektrode-enhed (10a, 10b) med et elektrodelag (14a, 14b), der er påført på bæreren (12), - på ydersiden to separationsfolier (8), hvor indretningen (5) presses sammen imellem to lamineringsvalser (6a, 6b), således at der i det mindste mellem membranen (16) og elektrodelagene (14a, 14b) oprettes en trykforbindelse.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor membran-elektrode-enheden (4) lamineres ved en temperatur på 180 °C til 190 °C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor der anvendes polyimidfolier som separationsfolier (8).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor i det mindste de ydre separationsfolier (8) og rammerne (18) fjernes efter oprettelsen af trykforbindelsen.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor bærerne (12) for elektrodelagene (10a, 10b) fjernes efter oprettelsen af trykforbindelsen.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor separationsfolierne (8) har det største areal.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor der på det sted, hvor separationsfolierne (8) løber ind i en valsespalte (20) mellem lamineringsvalserne, ikke indvirker nogen trykkraft på indretningen (5), og der udøves en trykkraft på indretningen (5), når bærer-elektrode-enheden (10a, 10b) eller de eventuelle rammer (18) befinder sig i området ved valsespalten (20).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor den laglignende indretning yderligere omfatter: omkring den respektive bærer-elektrode-enhed (10a, 10b) en ramme (18) til fastgørelse af bærer-elektrode-enheden (10a, 10b).
9. Membran-elektrode-enhed (4) fremstillet ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav.
