Claims (12)
1. Afstandsstykke til et rulleleje, som omfatter en indre ring, en ydre ring og mindst en række vinkelstillede kontaktruller, som er anbragt mellem løbebaner og styreflader på ringene, hvilket afstandsstykke omfatter over for hinanden anbragte indre og ydre dele (13, 14), og overfor hinanden anbragte sideflanger (15, 16), som er således udformet, at de kan komme i berøring med ringenes løbebaner og styreflader, kendetegnet ved, at sideflangerne omfatter en central, plan berøringsflade (15a; 16a) med en af ringene, og at en konkav udtagning (15d; 16d) i form af en kærv er tildannet på overfladen og rettet udad mod nævnte ring, og at der findes yderligere udtagninger (15b, 15c, 16b, 16c), som er anbragt på begge sider af berøringsfladen (15a, 16a).
2. Afstandsstykke ifølge krav 1, som omfatter to modsat beliggende flader (17,18), der har en konkav profil, som er tilpasset til rullerne.
3. Afstandsstykke ifølge krav 2, hvor udtagningerne strækker sig fra en flade til en anden.
4. Afstandsstykke ifølge krav 2 eller 3, hvor de modsat beliggende flader (17, 18) er aksialt begrænset ved hjælp af sideflangerne (15, 16) og forbundet med de indre og ydre dele (13,14).
5. Afstandsstykke ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav 2 til 4, hvor hver flade (17, 18) har en udtagning (17c, 18c), som strækker sig fra den indre del (13) til den ydre del (14).
6. Afstandsstykke ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav 2 til 5, og som omfatter et gennemgående hul (19), som bringer fladerne (17, 18,) i forbindelse med hinanden.
7. Afstandsstykke ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, og hvor de indre og ydre dele (13, 14) hver har mindst en berøringsflade med en af ringene og mindst en udtagning rettet mod denne ring.
8. Afstandsstykke ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, og hvor de indre og ydre dele (13, 14) hver har to berøringsflader (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b) og en udtagning (13c, 14c), som er anbragt herimellem.
9. Afstandsstykke ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, og som er udformet i en del af metal eller polymert materiale.
10. Rulleleje, som omfatter en indre ring (1), en ydre ring (2), mindst en række vinkelstillede kontaktruller (3a), som er anbragt mellem løbebaner (5, 7) og styreflader (9, 11), der er tilvejebragt på ringene, og et antal afstandsstykker (4) ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav og anbragt rundtgående mellem rullerne.
11. Rulleleje ifølge krav 10, hvor udtagningerne i afstandsstykkerne er fyldt med smøremiddel.
12. Anvendelse af rulleleje ifølge krav 10 eller 11 i en vindmølle, som omfatter en mast, der er forsynet med en nacelle, hvori der er installeret skovle, især til at dreje nacellen i forhold til masten og/eller til at dreje/vende hver skovl omkring sin længdeakse.
