Claims (13)
1. Afstandsholder til et rulleleje, som omfatter en indre ring, en ydre ring og mindst en række vinkelstillede berøringsruller, som er anbragt mellem rulleskåle, der er tilvejebragt på ringene, hvilken afstandsholder omfatter to modsat beliggende flader (17, 18), som har et konkavt profil, der er indrettet til rullerne, og hvor mindst en af de nævnte flader omfatter to berøringsflader (17a, 17b) med en tilhørende rulle og en konkav udtagning (17c), som strækker sig mellem de nævnte berøringsflader og er rettet udad mod nævnte rulle, hvilken afstandsholder yderligere omfatter modsat beliggende indre og ydre dele (13, 14), som er indrettet til at kunne komme i berøring med rulleskålene i ringene, og modsat beliggende sideflanger (15, 16), som afgrænser de modsat beliggende flader (17, 18), kendetegnet ved, at sideflangerne (15, 16) hver omfatter en central plan berøringsflade (15a, 16a), en udtagning (15d, 16d) i form af en rille, som er tildannet i nævnte berøringsflade og yderligere udtagninger (15b, 15c, 16b, 16c), som er anbragt på begge sider af berøringsfladen (15a, 16a), idet hver udtagning i sideflangerne åbner sig hen mod berøringsfladerne (17a, 17b, 18a, 18b) på de modsat beliggende flader (17,18).
2. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 1, hvor en udtagning (17c) strækker sig mellem de indre og ydre dele (13,14).
3. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 2, hvor udtagningen (17c) strækker sig fra den indre del (13) til den ydre del (14).
4. Afstandsholder ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den indre del (13) og den ydre del (14) hver omfatter to berøringsflader (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b), og hvor der findes en konkav udtagning (13c, 14c) herimellem.
5. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 4, hvor udtagningen (17c) i fladen strækker sig fra en udtagning (13c) i den indre del til en udtagning (14c) i den ydre del.
6. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor udtagningerne (13c, 14c) i den indre del og den ydre del strækker sig fra en flade til en anden flade.
7. Afstandsholder ifølge mindst et af de foregående krav, og som yderligere omfatter et gennemgående hul (19), som kan bringe de nævnte flader (17, 18) i forbindelse med hinanden.
8. Afstandsholder ifølge krav 7, hvor det gennemgående hul (19) udmunder inden i udtagningen (17c) i en flade.
9. Afstandsholder ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor hver flade (17, 18) omfatter to berøringsflader (17a, 17b, 18a, 18b) og en konkav udtagning (17c, 18c), som strækker sig mellem de nævnte berøringsflader og mellem de indre og ydre dele.
10. Afstandsholder ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, og som er tildannet i én del af metal eller af polymert materiale.
11. Rulleleje, som omfatter en indre ring (1), en ydre ring (2), mindst en række vinkelstillede berøringsruller (3a), som er anbragt mellem rulleskåle (5, 7), der er tilvejebragt på ringene, og et antal afstandsholdere (4) ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav og anbragt langs omkredsen mellem rullerne.
12. Rulleleje ifølge krav 11, hvor udtagningerne i afstandsholderne er fyldt med smøremiddel.
13. Anvendelse af et rulleleje ifølge krav 11 eller 12 i en vindturbine, som omfatter et tårn, der holder en nacelle, hvori der er installeret skovle, især til drejning af nacellen i forhold til tårnet og/eller til drejning/indstilling af hver skovl omkring dennes længdeakse.
