Claims (19)

1. Kalibrerbar rund elastomer bøsning (16) der kan forspændes i installeret tilstand omfattende en deformerbar ydre bøsning (5) og en kompakt flange-monterbar inderdel (4), der begge er forbundet til hinanden af et elastomerlag (1), kendetegnet ved at bøsningen omfatter et yderligere elastomerlag (2) (25) der fungerer som trykregion, og som er i forbindelse med elastomerlaget (1) og er komprimeret ved mekanisktryk- eller trækorgan (3) (4a) (5a) (8) (19) (21) (24) (12) (13) (7) (20) (21) (22), og/eller hydraulisk tryk- eller trækorgan (12) (13) (14) (17), så at elastomermateriale trykket ud aftrykregionen (2) og trykket ind i elastomerlagvolumenet (1) komprimerer elastomerlaget (1) så at den ydre væg (5) af bøsningen deformeres radialt udad, og det forårsager tilspænding af bøsningen (16) med en omgivende komponent (10) der er forbundet til bøsningen.
2. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at alt eller noget af det yderligere elastomerlag (2) der fungerer som trykregion optager en region af elastomerlaget (1) mellem ydervæggen (5) og inderdelen (4).
3. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved at den flangemonterbare inderdel (4) yderligere er omgivet afen indre bøsning (4a) af den samme form ind i hvilken inderdelen (4) passer nøjagtigt og er forbundet med elastomeren (1) og den ydre skal (5) af elastomerbøsningen i stedet for inderdelen (4).
4. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 2 eller 3, kendetegnet ved at elastomerlaget (2) der fungerer som trykregion er anbragt på ydersiden af inderdelen (4) eller den indre bøsning (4a) og/eller på indersiden af den ydre bøsning (5).
5. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved at trykorganet er en glidebøsning (3) der (i) af spændingsorganet (7) kan skubbes kompressionslængden (9) aksialt langs indersiden af den ydre bøsning (5) ind i elastomerregionen (2), eller (ii) delvis omgiver inderdelen (4) eller den indre bøsning (4a) og af spændingsorganet (7) kan skubbes kompressionsængden (9) aksialt langs inderdelen (4) eller den indre bøsning (4a) ind i elastomerregionen (2).
6. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved at to modstående glidebøsninger (3) er monteret på inderdelen (4) henholdsvis den indre bøsning (4a) eller på den ydre bøsnings (5) indervæg.
7. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved at væggen af den ydre bøsning (5) eller væggen af den indre bøsning (4a) eller ydervæggen af inderdelen (4) i regionen af elastomerlaget (2) har en periferisk eller delvis periferisk åbning (15) der er fyldt med elastomermateriale, hvor dette lag udgør trykregionen (2).
8. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved at den elastomere trykregion (2) yderligere omfatter hele regionen bag åbningen (15) mellem ydervæggen (5) og den modstående inderdel (4).
9. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 7 eller 8, kendetegnet ved at væggen eller en del af væggen af den ydre bøsning (5) og/eller af inderdelen (4) eller af den indre bøsning (4a) kan forskydes aftrykorganet aksialt i retning af den elastomere trykregion (2) og derved komprimerer det og elastomerlaget (1).
10. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 7 eller 8, kendetegnet ved at en eller flere åbninger (15) er forbundet til et hydraulisk spænde- eller trykorgan (12, 13, 14) eller et mekanisk spænde- eller trykorgan (21, 22) ved hjælp af hvilket forspændingen af de eleastomere regioner (1) og (2) kan justeres og reguleres, hvor det mekaniske spænd- og trykorgan kan omfatte en periferisk stempelring (21) eller en eller flere stempelringsegmenter (21) og en eller flere spændeskruer (22), der er anbragt radialt i lejedelen (10) og ved hjælp af hvilke stempelringen eller stempelringsegmenterne kan presses ind i åbningerne (15).
11. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at elastomerlaget (2) der fungerer som trykregion er anbragt i det indre af inderdelen (4), der har mindst et radialt hul (18) fyldt med elastomermateriale i et plan vinkelret til bøsningens (16) akse, hvilket hul forbinder den elastomere trykregion (2) til elastomerlaget (1).
12. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved at mindst to radiale huller (18) er til stede i inderdelen (4), og trykorganet omfatter et stempel (19) og en spændeskrue (7), der hver er anbragt centreret og aksialt i inderdelen (4) og, ved aksial bevægelse i retningen aftrykregionen (2), er i stand til at komprimere eller dekomprimere elastomermaterialet anbragt deri og, via hullerne (18), også elastomerlaget (1) af bøsningen (16), hvorved en efterspænding af bøsningen mod komponenten (10) bevirkes.
13. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved at den elastomere trykregion (25) (26) er anbragt uden for bøsningen (16) i komponenten (10) som skal spændes til bøsningen, hvor trykregionen via mindst en kanal (18) fyldt med elastomermateriale og en tilsvarende formet åbning i væggen af den ydre bøsning (5) er i forbindelse med elastomerlaget (1) i det indre af bøsningen og kan komprimeres eller dekomprimeres af et tryk- og spændeorgan (7) (19) (20) (24) der er anbragt på den indre del (4) og/eller komponenten (10).
14. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved at den elastomere trykregion (25) radialt omgiver bøsningen (16) fuldstændigt eller segmentvist, og det på den samme måde anbragte omgivende tryk- og spændeorgan omfatter et ringstempel (24) eller et segment af et ringstempel, der trykkes ind i elastomerregion (25) af spændeorganet (7).
15. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved at den elastomere trykregion (25) i komponenten (10) dannes af mindst to aksialt anbragte huller (26) i komponenten (10), der er forsynet med et stempelformet trykorgan (19) og et spændeorgan (7), hvor hullerne er anbragt rundt om bøsningen (16) i hvilket stemplerne (19) bevæges aksialt.
16. Forspændbar elastomer bøsning ifølge et af kravene 1 - 15, kendetegnet ved at den ydre bøsning (5) af bøsningen har mindst en langsgående not (6).
17. Leje der er forsynet med mindst en elastomer bøsning ifølge kravene 1 - 16.
18. Anvendelse af en elastomer bøsning ifølge et af kravene 1-16 eller af et leje ifølge krav 17 i vindmøller.
19. Vindmølle omfattende en elastomer bøsning ifølge kravene 1-16 eller et leje ifølge krav 17.
