Claims (12)
- 特にロータ及び軸線方向に調整可能なステータ(2)を備える偏心ねじポンプに使用するための長さ補償装置(4)であって、軸線方向に可動とした少なくとも1個の支持体(10,12)を備え、該支持体(10,12)内に、搬送媒体をガイドするためのベローズ体(16)が配置されている装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、前記支持体(10,12)が、前記ベローズ体(16)に対して耐圧的に結合され、これにより前記支持体(10,12)を支持する流体チャンバ(22)が形成されている装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置であって、前記ベローズ体(16)が、漏斗状に形成されている装置。
- 請求項3に記載の装置であって、前記ベローズ体(16)が、前記ポンプに向けて漏斗状にテーパ付けされている装置。
- 請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、前記ベローズ体(16)が、前記ポンプにおける製品出口側に配置されている装置。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、前記支持体(10,12)が、シリンダ・ピストン対として構成されている装置。
- 請求項6に記載の装置であって、前記支持体(10,12)が、ガイド要素として構成されている装置。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の装置であって、前記支持体(10,12)が、シール手段用の凹部(14)を備える装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、前記ベローズ体(16)が、所定の折り曲げ箇所(28)を備える装置。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、流体チャンバ(22)内における流体を調整するため、前記支持体(10,12)が、閉鎖可能な少なくとも1つの開口(26)及び/又はバルブ開口(24)を備える装置。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置であって、流体チャンバ(22)内における流体量が調整可能である装置。
- 請求項1に記載の長さ補償装置を備える偏心ねじポンプ。
