Claims (10)

1. Fremgangsmåde til enzymatisk raffinering af et forbehandlet celluloseholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: - separation af en væske fra det forbehandlede celluloseholdige materiale, - etablering af kontakt mellem væsken og feruloylesterase og - recirkulering af væsken, således at den bringes i kontakt med forbehandlet celluloseholdigt materiale eller med et forbehandlet celluloseholdigt materiale efter etablering af kontakt mellem dette og feruloylesterase for at danne et raffineret forbehandlet celluloseholdigt materiale.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor feruloylesterasen omfatter en aminosyresekvens, som udviser mindst 70%, 80%, 90%, 95%, 96%, 97%, 98%, 99% sekvensidentitet med det modne polypeptid ifølge SEQ ID NO: 133, SEQ ID NO: 134, SEQ ID NO: 135, SEQ ID NO: 136 eller SEQ ID NO: 137, eller fragmenter deraf med feruloylesteraseaktivitet.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor feruloylesterasen omfatter eller består af SEQ ID NO: 133, SEQ ID NO: 134, SEQ ID NO: 135, SEQ ID NO: 136 eller SEQ ID NO: 137 eller det modne polypeptid deraf.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, som endvidere omfatter efterbehandling af det raffinerede forbehandlede celluloseholdige materiale med en enzymatisk forbehandling, kemisk forbehandling, mekanisk forbehandling og/eller en fysisk forbehandling.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, som endvidere omfatter indvinding af det raffinerede forbehandlede celluloseholdige materiale.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor etableringen af kontakt med feruloylesterasen udføres med 0,0005 til 5 mg feruloylesterase pr. g forbehandlet celluloseholdigt materiale.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor etableringen af kontakt med feruloylesterase udføres med et totalt indhold af faste stoffer (total solids - TS) på 1 til 50%.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor etableringen af kontakt med esterase udføres ved en pH på 2 til 9.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor etableringen af kontakt udføres ved en temperatur i intervallet fra 20 til 70°C.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor etableringen af kontakt med feruloylesterase udføres i et tidsrum på fra 5 minutter til 35 timer.
