Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til forbedring af næringskvaliteten af biprodukter eller rester afledt af stivelsesholdigt materiale i en proces til fremstilling af ethanol, der omfatter følgende trin: i) udsættelse af den fermenterede mæsk efter fermentering til en enzymsammensætning, der omfatter en beta-1,3 glucanase og en xylanase, ii) separering af det ønskede fermenteringsprodukt ved destillation.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor enzymsammensætningen endvidere omfatter en 1,6-beta-glucanase.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor biproduktet eller resten er et fiberholdigt biprodukt valgt fra gruppen bestående af mask, tørret kornbærme, kornbærmesirup, tørret kombærme tilsat kornbærmesirup, våde korn og blandinger deraf.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den fermenterede mæsk afledes af en proces til fremstilling af et fermenteringsprodukt ved anvendelse af fuldkorn opnået fra kornprodukter som foder, fermenteringsproduktet er ethanol, ethanolet frasepareres ved destillation og det forbedrede biprodukt er tørret kombærme tilsat kornbærmesirup (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles - DDGS).
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af ethanol fra stivelsesholdigt materiale, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) omdannelse af stivelsesholdigt materiale til fermenterbare sukkere ii) fermentering af de fermenterbare sukkere med en mikroorganisme til fermenteret mæsk iii) udsættelse af den fermenterede mæsk efter fermenteringsprocessen for en enzymsammensætning, der omfatter en beta-1,3 glucanase og en xylanase, eller en beta-1,3 glucanase, en xylanase og en 1,6-beta-glucanase iv) fraseparering af ethanolet i den fermenterede mæsk ved destillation.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det stivelsesholdige materiale opnås fra kornprodukter og/eller knolde.
