Claims (10)

1. En fremgangsmåde til forbedring af mycotoxin-bindingsevnen i et biprodukt, der stammer fra en fermenterende produktionsproces med gær som den fermenterende mikroorganisme omfattende følgende trin: i) udsættelse af det fermenterede mæsk efter fermenteringen for en enzymsammensætning, som er i stand til at nedbryde en eller flere fermenterede mæskekomponenter, ii) separering af det ønskede primære fermenteringsprodukt, iii) separering af fermenteringsbiproduktet med mycotoxin-bindingsevne, hvor enzymsammensætningen omfatter en beta-1,3-glucanase, og den fermenterede mæsk stammer fra en fermenterende alkoholproduktionsproces, og det ønskede primære fermenteringsprodukt er ethanol.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor det ønskede primære fermenteringsprodukt separeres ved destillering.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 2, hvor den fermenterede mæsk stammer fra stivelsesholdigt materiale.
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 3, hvor det stivelsesholdige materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af majs, hvede, byg, triticale, maniok, sorghum, rug, kartoffel eller en hvilken som helst kombination heraf.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor biproduktet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af DWG (distillers’ wet grain), DDG (distillers' dried grains), DS (distillers' solubles), DDS (distillers' dried solubles), DDGS (distillers' dried grain with solubles) og blandinger heraf.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor biproduktet omfatter DDGS (distillers' dried grain with solubles).
7. En fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en mycotoxin-binder omfattende et fermenteringsbiprodukt af stivelsesholdigt materiale i en ethanol-produktionsproces, idet fremgangsmåden omfatter følgende trin: i) Konvertering af stivelsesholdigt materiale til fermenterbare sukkerstoffer ii) Fermentering af de fermenterbare sukkerstoffer med gær til fermenteret mæsk iii) Udsættelse af det fermenterede mæsk efter fermenteringsprocessen for en enzymsammensætning omfattende en beta-1,3-glucanase iv) Separering af ethanolet i den fermenterede mæsk ved destillering v) Separering af biproduktet.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 7, hvor det stivelsesholdige materiale er valgt fra gruppen bestående af majs, hvede, byg, triticale, maniok, sorghum, rug, kartoffel eller en hvilken som helst kombination heraf.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 8, hvor biproduktet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af DWG (distillers’ wet grain), DDG (distillers' dried grains), DS (distillers' solubles), DDS (distillers' dried solubles), DDGS (distillers' dried grain with solubles) og blandinger heraf.
10. Brug af en enzymsammensætning omfattende en beta-1,3-glucanase til forbedring af mycotoxin-bindingsevnen for et biprodukt, der stammer fra fermenteret mæsk i en fermenterende ethanol-produktionsproces med gær som den fermenterende mikroorganisme, hvor biproduktet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af DWG (distillers’ wet grain), DDG (distillers' dried grains), DS (distillers' solubles), DDS (distillers' dried solubles), DDGS (distillers' dried grain with solubles) og blandinger heraf.
