Abstract

Микотоксины, преобладающие в северных широтах, до сих пор с трудом обезвреживаются в кормах путём связывания сорбентами в отличие от микотоксинов, преобладающих в южных широтах, при этом и те и другие существенно снижают продуктивность животноводства. Описан способ адсорбции и перевода в безопасное для животных состояние расширенного ряда микотоксинов обоих типов, присутствующих в загрязненных кормах. Способ основан на использовании комбинации модифицированного растительного лигнополисахаридного компонента и традиционных микотоксинсвязывающих компонентов в качестве сорбента микотоксинов. Сродство лигноцеллюлозного компонента к охратоксину, Т-2 вомитоксину и ниваленолу повышается за счёт максимального увеличения площади поверхности путём механического и химического воздействия, а также за счёт гидрофобизации этой поверхности путём адсорбции амбивалентных белков, таких как микробные целлюлазы. Патентуемая кормовая добавка вводится в корм сельскохозяйственным и домашним животным в количестве, достаточном, чтобы снизить отрицательное воздействие присутствующих микотоксинов, типичных как для южных, так и для северных широт.
