Claims (3)

1. Fremgangsmåde til reduktion af batch-tiden i en fermenteringsproces, der omfatter følgende trin: i) omdannelse af stivelsesholdigt materiale til fermenterbare sukkere, hvor det stivelsesholdige materiale er majs, efterfulgt af ii) fermentering af de fermenterbare sukkere med en mikroorganisme til fermenteret mæsk, iii) udsættelse af fermenteringsmediet under fermenteringsprocessen for en enzymsammensætning, der omfatter en xylanase og en pectinase, iv) separering af fermenteringsproduktet i den fermenterede mæsk, hvor fermenteringsproduktet er ethanol.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor enzymsammensætningen endvidere omfatter en cellulose og/eller en glucanase.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor mikroorganismen er en bakterie, gær eller svamp.
