Claims (6)

1. Lukkesystem med foliering (TRF) til en beholder, såsom en dåse, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter en kompositfolie, der har følgende lag: et papirlag (1) med en tykkelse på mellem 25 og 100 g/m2, et første polymerlag (2) med en tykkelse på mellem 10 og 30 pm, hvilket første polymerlag (2) omfatter lavdensitetspolyethylen, der er koekstruderet med en acrylsyre, såsom ethylen-acrylsyre, et metallag (3) med en tykkelse på mellem 15 og 30 pm, hvor metallagets metal omfatter aluminium, og et andet polymerlag (4) med ét aflagene omfattende et fyldstof, hvor folien har en pladebrudstyrke, der målt med Australsk Standard (AS) 1301.438s, udgør mindre end 400 Kpa, og/eller et tvær-ringbrudstyrketryk, defineret som ringbruddet målt ved anvendelse af AS 1301.407s, divideret med 0,152 og ganget med foliens tykkelse målt ved anvendelse af AS 1301.426s, på mindre end 10 MPa.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor de materialer, der danner kompositfoliens lag, og kombinationen af lagene er valgt således, at, i brug, når folien er en del af et TRF-lukkesystem på en beholder, og folien brydes for at opnå adgang til beholderens indhold, den brudte folie ikke danner en skarp kant, som forbrugerne kan skære sig på.
3. System ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2 hvor de materialer, der danner kompositfoliens lag, og kombinationen af lagene er valgt således, at folien kan forarbejdes i en traditionel proces til beholderfremstilling, der indbefatter dannelse af beholderen med et TRF-lukkesystem.
4. Beholder, såsom en dåse, der omfatter lukkesystemet med foliering (TRF) ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav.
5. Beholder ifølge krav 4, hvor lukkesystemets kompositfolie er påført beholderen, således at foliens papirside er en side af folien, der vender udad.
6. Beholder ifølge krav 4 eller krav 5, hvor beholderen er en metalbeholder.
