Claims (3)
1. Elektromagnetisk vibrerende membranpumpe (1), der omfatter: magnetiske spoledele (2), som er forbundet til en vekselstrømsforsyning, en oscillator (4), som er udstyret med en permanent magnet (3), og som drives således, at den laver frem- og tilbagegående bevægelse, ved at påføre en vekselstrømsspænding på magnetspoledelene (2), membraner (5), som er forbundet til begge ender af oscillatoren (4), og pumpehuse (6), som er forsynet med en sugningsport (7) og en afgivelsesport (8) til et fluid, hvor hvert pumpehus (6) er forsynet med: et sugningskammer (62), som er forsynet på en øvre side af pumpehuset (6), og som er i forbindelse med sugningsporten (7), et afgivelseskammer (63), som er forsynet på en nedre side af pumpehuset (6), og som er i forbindelse med afgivelsesporten (8), og et kompresionskammer (61), som er i forbindelse med sugningskammeret (62) via en sugningsventil (VI), og som er i forbindelse med afgivelseskammeret (63) via en afgivelsesventil (V2), hvor et indre tryk stiger og falder på grund af deformation af membranen (5) ifølge den frem- og tilbagegående bevægelse af oscillatoren (4), kendetegnet ved: at en første forbindelsespassage (PI), som er forsynet med sugningsventilen (VI) og, og som er i forbindelse mellem sugningskammeret (62) og kompresionskammeret (61), er udformet ved en bundende af en skillevæg (Wl) mellem sugningskammeret (62) og kompressionskammeret (61), hvor en bunddel (62a) inde i sugningskammeret (62) skråner nedad mod den første forbindelsespassage (PI), således at kompressionskammersiden deraf er lavere end sugningskammersiden, og hvor en bunddel af den første forbindelsespassage (PI) skråner nedad, således at dens kompresionskammerside er gjort lavere, at en anden forbindelsespassage (P2), som er forsynet med afgivelsesventilen (V2) og, og som er i forbindelse mellem afgivelseskammeret (63) og kompresionskammeret (61), er udformet ved en bundende af en skillevæg (W2) mellem afgivelseskammeret (63) og kompressionskammeret (61), hvor en bunddel (61a) inde i kompresionskammeret (61) skråner nedad mod den anden forbindelsespassage (P2), således at afgivelseskammersiden deraf er lavere end kompresionskammersiden, og hvor en bunddel af den anden forbindelsespassage (P2) skråner nedad, således at dens afgivelseskammerside er gjort lavere, og at en bunddel (63a) inde i afgivelseskammeret (63) skråner nedad mod afgivelsesporten (8), således at afgivelsesportsiden deraf er gjort lavere, og hvor afgivelsesporten (8) skråner nedad, således at en afgivelsesside deraf er gjort lavere.
2. Elektromagnetisk vibrerende membranpumpe ifølge krav 1, hvor en konkav del (62b) til at samle vand er udformet på bunddelen inde i sugningskammeret (62), og/eller hvor kompresionskammeret (61) er tilstødende til den første forbindelsespassage (PI).
3. Elektromagnetisk vibrerende membranpumpe ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor sugningsventilen (VI) og/eller afgivelsesventilen (V2) er arrangeret således, at der er formet et mellemrum (Cl) mellem ventilen og skillevæggen, som er et ventilsæde af sugningsventilen (VI) og/eller afgivelsesventilen (V2).
