Claims (6)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af 2,4- dioxotetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylater med formel (I)
(i) som omfatter følgende trin (i) omsætning af en halogenacetylchloridforbindelse med formel (II)
OD hvor Hal står for brom, chlor eller rod; med en malonsyreester med formel (III)
(Ni) hvor R1 og R2 står for Ci_i2-alkyl, Ci_i2-halogenalkyl, C5_i8-aryl, C5_ i8-halogenaryl, C7_i9-alkylaryl, C7_i9-arylalkyl, idet R1 og R2 står for de samme kemiske grupperinger eller står for en alkoxyalkyl med formel -[A-0]m-B, hvor A står for C2-4-alkandiyl, B står for Ci_6-alkyl, og m står for 1 eller 2; i nærvær af natriummethylat og i givet fald i nærvær af et opløsningsmiddel; (ii) tilsætning af en tilstrækkelig mængde vand til reaktionsblandingen; og (iii) fraskillelse af det ønskede 2,4-dioxotetrahydrofuran-3-carboxylat.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, idet R1 og R2 hver især uafhængigt af hinanden står for methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, propyl og benzyl.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 2_, idet forholdet mellem malonsyreester med formel (III) og den anvendte base ligger i området fra ca. 1 : 0,8 til ca. 1 : 1,5.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til _3, idet forholdet mellem halogenacetylchlorid og vand ligger i området fra ca. 1:0,5 til ca. 1:100.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til _4, idet basen i trin (i) tilsættes til forbindelsen (III) ved en indvendig temperatur i området fra ca. 50°C til ca. 250°C.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til _5, idet forbindelsen (II) i trin (i) tilsættes ved en indvendig temperatur i området fra ca. 0°C til ca. 50°C.
