Claims (7)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af natrium- eller kaliumsalte af 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3- carboxylsyreestere med formel (I)
hvor Z står for natrium eller kalium, og R1 står for Ci-Ci2-alkyl, omfattende følgende trin: trin (i): omsætning af en symmetrisk malonsyreester med formel (II)
med kaliumhydroxid til det tilsvarende malonsyreester-kaliumsalt med formel (III)
hvor i formlerne (II) og (III) R2 står for Ci-Ci2-alkyl, i et opløsningsmiddel; trin (ii): omsætning af malonsyreester-kaliumsaltet med formel (III) med en chloreddikesyreester med formel (IV)
hvor R3 står for Ci-Ci2-alkyl, til en forbindelse med formel (V)
hvor R2 har de med hensyn til formel (III) anførte betegnelser, og R3 har de med hensyn til formel (IV) anførte betegnelser, trin (iii) : omsætning af forbindelsen med formel (V) med et natrium- eller kaliumalkoholat med formel ZOR1, hvor R1 står for Ci-Ci2-alkyl, og Z står for natrium eller kalium, idet reaktionsblandingen efter tilsætning af chloreddikesyreesteren i trin (i i) underkastes en azeotrop afvanding.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, i hvilken der i trin (i) anvendes en vandig kaliumhydroxidopløsning, og hvori opløsningsmidlet i trin (i) er en alkohol.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, i hvilken malonsyreester-kaliumsaltet med formel (III) efter udført omsætning af trin (i) fraskilles fra den ikke omsatte malonsyreester med formel (II) via faseadskillelse, inden det anvendes i trin (ii).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, i hvilken der i trin (ii) til reaktionsblandingen efter gennemførelse af en azeotrop afvanding igen tilsættes 0,8 til 5,0 vægt-% vand.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, i hvilken trin (ii) gennemføres i substans.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, i hvilken der i trin (i i i) anvendes natriummethanolat, natriumethanolat, kaliummethanolat eller kaliumethanolat.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, i hvilken natriummethanolatet eller kaliummethanolatet foreligger opløst i methanol, og natriumethanolatet eller kaliumethanolatet foreligger opløst i ethanol.
