Claims (12)
1. Et computerstyret batteriopladningssystem (100) til sporing, lokalisering og opladning af eldrevne køretøjer i transit. Systemet omfatter: Et kontrolcenter (110), som omfatter mindst ét computersystem (119), og kontrolcentret skal som minimum være i direkte eller indirekte kommunikation med hver af følgende: a) Et offentligt netværk (170). b) Mindst ét eldrevet køretøj med mindst ét batteri med mindst nogle af følgende: Et batteristyringssystem (121), et mobilt positioneringssystem (122), et batterialarmsystem (123), et positioneringssystem for køretøjet (124), en motor (126), en skærm (127) og et ladestik (129). c) Mindst én masteropladningsvogn (150) udstyret med mindst nogle af følgende: Et masterbatterimodul (152), en omformer (154), et strømforbindelses- og overføringsmodul (155), et positioneringssystem for køretøjet (124), et batteristyringssystem for masterbatterimodulet (156), en mobilenhed (122) og en kommunikationsskærm (158). d) Mindst én udrykningsvogn (130) med mindst nogle af følgende: Et masterbatterimodul (132), en omformer (134), et strømforbindelses- og overføringsmodul (135), et positioneringssystem for køretøjet (124), et styringssystem for masterbatterimodulet (136), en mobil positioneringsenhed (122) og en kommunikationsskærm (138) og som minimum er konstrueret til at udføre enten bugsering af mindst ét eldrevet køretøj (120) med brug af et slæbetov (139), bære og transportere mindst ét eldrevet køretøj (120), teste batteripakken på det eldrevne køretøj og/eller andre af dets elementer, mens det befinder sig på udrykningsvognen og oplade batteripakken på det eldrevne køretøj, mens det befinder sig på udrykningsvognen, via et strømforbindelses- og overførselsmodul (135) fra masterbatterimodulet (132). e) Mindst én stationær servicestation (140). f) Mindst ét betalingssystemcenter (180), der er oprettet og konfigureret til at opkræve betaling fra brugere af et eldrevet køretøj (120) for mindst én af følgende: Opladning af en indbygget batteripakke (128) af en masteropladningsvogn (150), af en udrykningsvogn (130) eller på en stationær servicestation, test af en indbygget batteripakke udført af en masteropladningsvogn (150) eller af en udrykningsvogn (130), anden udført service af udrykningsvogn (130), af en masteropladningsvogn eller på en stationær servicestation (140) og g) Et netværk til et positionerings-/lokaliseringssystem (160), der er udarbejdet til at give kontrolcentret (110) oplysninger om positioner i realtid for som minimum enten: (i) Mindst ét eldrevet køretøj (120). (ii) Mindst én mobilenhed, der er tilknyttet en bruger (102). (iii) Mindst én mobilenhed, der er tilknyttet en tjenesteudbyder (104). (iv) Mindst én masteropladningsvogn (150). (v) Mindst én servicestation (140) og (vi) mindst én udrykningsvogn (130).
2. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 1, hvori det nævnte eldrevne køretøj vælges i gruppen bestående af et eldrevet landkøretøj, et eldrevet søgående fartøj og et eldrevet luftfartøj.
3. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 2, hvori det nævnte eldrevne landkøretøj vælges i gruppen bestående af en eldrevet motorcykel, en elbil, en eldrevet lastbil, et eldrevet udrykningskøretøj og et eldrevet militærkøretøj.
4. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 2, hvori det nævnte eldrevne søgående fartøj vælges i gruppen bestående af en eldrevet båd, en eldrevet yacht, et eldrevet skib, et eldrevet udrykningsfartøj og et eldrevet m ilitærfartøj.
5. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 1, hvori den nævnte masteropladningsvogn desuden omfatter: a. Et omformermodul til at omforme udgangseffekt fra nævnte masterbatte-rimodul til indgangseffekt egnet til opladning af som nævnt mindst ét batteri. b. Et forbindelses- og overførselsmodul til at overføre nævnte indgangseffekt fra nævnte elomformermodul til som nævnt mindst ét batteri.
6. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 1, hvori den nævnte masteropladningsvogn desuden omfatter mindst ét af følgende: i. Et styresystem til styring af masteropladningsvognen. ii. En kommunikationsskærm til visning af meddelelser fra mindst ét nævnt eldrevet køretøj og nævnt kontrolcenter. iii. Et positioneringssystem og iv. En mobil kommunikationsenhed.
7. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 1, som derudover består af et betalingssystem, som giver ejeren af et eldrevet køretøj mulighed for at betale for opladning af som nævnt mindst ét batteri.
8. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 7, hvori nævnte betalingssystem desuden giver nævnte bruger mulighed for at betale for modtagelse af et eldrevet køretøj til opladning af som nævnt mindst ét batteri.
9. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 1, hvori den nævnte udrykningsvogn desuden omfatter: a. Et omformermodul til at omforme udgangseffekt fra nævnte masterbatte-rimodul til indgangseffekt egnet til opladning af som nævnt mindst ét batteri. b. Et forbindelses- og overførselsmodul til at overføre nævnte indgangseffekt fra nævnte elomformermodul til som nævnt mindst ét batteri.
10. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til krav 1, hvori den nævnte udrykningsvogn desuden omfatter mindst ét af følgende: i. Et styresystem til styring af masteropladningsvognen. ii. En kommunikationsskærm til visning af meddelelser fra mindst ét nævnt eldrevet køretøj og nævnt kontrolcenter. iii. Et positioneringssystem og iv. En mobil kommunikationsenhed.
11. Et computerstyret elopladningssystem til batterier i henhold til ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori kontrolcentret er oprettet og konfigureret til at sende instruktioner til masteropladningsvognen om at køre til en valgt position fra gruppen bestående af: a. Det eldrevne køretøjs aktuelle position. b. Det eldrevne køretøjs fremtidige fastslåede position på en forudbestemt rute. c. Det eldrevne køretøjs fremtidige fastslåede position, hvor mindst ét batteri antages at være mindst delvist afladet og d. Det eldrevne køretøjs fremtidige fastslåede position, hvor mindst ét batteri antages at være helt afladet.
12. En metode til sporing, opladning og transport af et eldrevet køretøj (VI) i transit bestående af følgende trin: (i) . Aktivering i et alarmaktiveringstrin (1102) af en alarm (23), når effekten i en batteripakke (128) på køretøjet når et bestemt lavt niveau, når det eldrevne køretøj er på en position P1. (ii) . Kontakte et kontrolcenter (110) i et kontakttrin (1104), hvori alarmafsendelsen automatisk aktiverer et positioneringssystem (124) til bestemmelse af køretøjets aktuelle position og videresender positionen til kontrolcentret. (iii) Kontrol af, om køretøjet kan nå frem til en servicestation (140) i et trin med kontrol af servicestation (1106). (iv) . Hvis resultatet af trin (iii) er ja, kontakter kontrolcentret brugeren (102) med anvisning om at køre til servicestationen, og i et køretrin bevæger køretøjet sig til den nærmeste servicestation, og i et batteriopladningstrin (1110) oplader servicestationen køretøjets batteripakke. (v) . Hvis resultatet af trin (iii) viser, at en mastervogn (MV 1, 150) er tættere på end servicestationen (140), udføres et yderligere kontroltrin (1114) af kontrolcentret for at se, om mastervognen kan nå frem til det eldrevne køretøj inden for et forudbestemt tidsrum. (vi) Hvis resultatet af trin (v) er ja, sender kontrolcentret en mastervogn (150) til køretøjet på position P1 i et trin med udsendelse af en mastervogn (1116), og når både mastervognen og det eldrevne køretøj i et opladningstrin (1118) befinder sig på den første position P1, oplader mastervognen batteripakken på det eldrevne køretøj (V1). (vii) Hvis resultatet af trin (v) er nej, sender kontrolcentret en udrykningsvogn (BDV1) til det eldrevne køretøj (VI) på position P1 i et trin med udsendelse af en udrykningsvogn (BDV), og i et kontroltrin kontrollerer udrykningsvognen, om den kan oplade køretøjet (VI). (viii) . Hvis resultatet af trin (vii) er ja, oplader udrykningsvognen batteripakken på køretøjet på position P1 i et batteriopladningstrin (1126) og (ix) . Hvis resultatet af trin (vii) er nej, transporterer udrykningsvognen det eldrevne køretøj (V1) til en servicestation, en mastervogn (MV) eller et værksted i et transporttrin (1130), og i et batteriopladnings- eller reparationstrin vil servicestationen, mastervognen eller værkstedet oplade batteriet og/eller udskifte det og/eller reparere eventuelt beskadigede/defekte dele på køretøjet.
