本实用新型涉及充电及维修用工程车,属于工程车结构技术领域。时时充电、流动充电及维修用工程车,采用挂车结构或四轮驱动,特征:在挂车底盘上设有车底板,车底板上设有上部固定充电机组及发电机组的充电机组合支架,同时车底板上还设有维修工具柜,在工程车或电动车出现故障后,可以方便的进行维修。本实用新型充电及维修用工程车,解决了在没有充电站的情况下纯电动车长距离行驶过程中需要随时补充电能难题及纯电动车未在充电站点出现故障时的维修问题,达到时时充电、流动充电目的,同时配备维修工具,结构简单,功能齐全,可以作为纯电动车的辅助设备。

一、技术领域
本实用新型内容涉及充电及维修用工程车,属于工程车结构技术领域。
二、背景技术
目前,纯电动车长距离行驶过程中需要随时补充电能,所以如何解决电动车在长距离行驶中时时充电,以及如何解决纯电动车在行驶中因车载储能器(电容、电池)等出现故障而使车不能前行的问题,至今没有很好的可行性方案。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种电动车在长距离行驶中能够实现时时充电、流动充电以及电动车出现故障时能够及时维修继续前行的携带发电机组及充电机组的时时充电、流动充电及维修用工程车。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
时时充电、流动充电及维修用工程车,采用挂车结构或四轮驱动,特殊之处在于在挂车底盘上设有车底板7,车底板7上设有上部固定充电机组5及发电机组3的充电机组合支架6,同时车底板7上还设有维修工具柜1,在工程车或电动车出现故障后,可以方便的进行维修;
所述充电机组合支架6通过滑动轮8活动连接于车底板7的上部;
对于采用挂车结构,所述挂车的前下方设有挂钩装置9,与纯电动车10相连接,在纯电动车进行长距离行驶时,可以利用发电机组3及充电机组5对纯电动车进行时时充电,使纯电动车可以进行长距离行驶。
对于采用四轮驱动,在车辆的顶棚2上部进行加固处理后还设有液压升降梯4,用于电动车的充电站出现故障后,可以使用该充电车的液压升降梯进行维修;
对于采用四轮驱动,所述车辆的前后两侧的下方均设有牵引拉钩9,在纯电动车产生故障不能开动的情况下,还可以用牵引钩拉动故障车到维修地点进行维修。
本实用新型充电及维修用工程车,解决了在没有充电站的情况下纯电动车长距离行驶过程中需要随时补充电能难题及纯电动车未在充电站点出现故障时的维修问题,达到时时充电、流动充电目的,同时配备维修工具,结构简单,功能齐全,可以作为纯电动车的辅助设备。

五、具体实施方式
以下参照附图,给出本实用新型的具体实施方式,用来对本实用新型的构成进行进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例的充电及维修用工程车参考图1,采用挂车结构,包括发电机组3、充电机组5、维修工具柜1,在挂车底盘上设有车底板7,车底板7上设有上部固定充电机组5及发电机组3的充电机组合支架6,同时车底板7上还设有维修工具柜1,在工程车或电动车出现故障后,可以方便的进行维修,充电机组合支架6通过滑动轮8活动连接于车底板7的上部;
挂车的前下方设有挂钩装置9,与纯电动车10相连接,在纯电动车进行长距离行驶时,可以利用发电机组3及充电机组5对纯电动车进行时时充电,使纯电动车可以进行长距离行驶。
该充电及维修工程车制作有挂车挂钩装置与电动车相连,可以在纯电动车长距离行驶过程中随时对车载储能器(电容、电池)进行充电。由于配备了工具柜,所以在工程车或电动车出现故障后,可以方便的进行维修。
实施例2
本实施例的充电及维修用工程车参考图2,采用四轮驱动,包括发电机组3、充电机组5、维修工具柜1,在挂车底盘上设有车底板7,车底板7上设有上部固定充电机组5及发电机组3的充电机组合支架6,同时车底板7上还设有维修工具柜1,在工程车或电动车出现故障后,可以方便的进行维修,充电机组合支架6通过滑动轮8活动连接于车底板7的上部;
在车辆的顶棚2上部进行加固处理后还设有液压升降梯4,用于电动车的充电站出现故障后,可以使用该充电车的液压升降梯进行维修;该实施例的充电及维修用工程车采用四轮驱动,车辆的前后两侧的下方均设有牵引拉钩9,在纯电动车产生故障不能开动的情况下,可以用牵引钩拉动故障车到维修地点进行维修。
该充电维修工程车可以在纯电动车行驶过程中随时对车载储能器(电容、电池)进行充电。由于配备了工具柜,所以在工程车或电动车出现故障后,可以方便的进行维修。
电动车的起步电流较大,当车速以30-40km/h稳定行驶时,车载储能器(电容、电池)平均输出电流为降到起步电流一半以下,车载储能器(电容、电池)电压为基准牵引电压以上电动车可以正常行驶。当电车车载储能器(电容、电池)电压低于基准牵引电压时,可以采用充电工程车中的充电机组及发电机组为车载储能器(电容、电池)充电,保证电动车正常行驶。
以上实施例的充电及维修用工程车,解决了在没有充电站的情况下纯电动车长距离行驶过程中需要随时补充电能难题及纯电动车未在充电站点出现故障时的维修难题,同时配备了维修工具,结构简单,功能齐全,可以作为纯电动车的辅助设备。

1、时时充电、流动充电及维修用工程车,采用挂车结构或四轮驱动,其特征在于:
在挂车底盘上设有车底板(7),车底板(7)上设有上部固定充电机组(5)及发电机组(3)的充电机组合支架(6),同时车底板(7)上还设有维修工具柜(1)。
