Claims (15)
1. Inhalator, der omfatter et hus (21) med et mundstykke (21a) , hvorigennem en bruger kan inhalere en dosis medikament, og en blisterholderdel (20) med en spalte (23) til at modtage en dosisindeholdende blister (16), hvilket hus (21) og hvilken blisterholderdel (20) er drejelige i forhold til hinanden mellem en første position til isætning af en blister (16) i spalten (23) og en anden, perforeret position, hvor en blisterperforeringsdel (34), der bæres af huset (21), perforerer en isat blister (16) , således at når en bruger inhalerer på mundstykket (21a), indblandes dosen i en luftstrøm og strømmer ud af biisteren (16) gennem mundstykket (21a) og ind i brugerens luftveje, hvor huset (21) omfatter et i det væsentlige cylindrisk kammer (24) med et indtag (29) i den ene ende til strømning af lægemiddelladet luft ind i kammeret (24) fra en perforeret blister (16) og et udtag (26) i dets modsatte ende til strømning af lægemiddelladet luft ud af mundstykket (21a) og ind i en patients luftveje, og hvor blisterholderdelen (20) er drejeligt monteret i og udgår fra huset (21) til muliggørelse af, at en bruger kan dreje blisterholderdelen (20) i forhold til huset (21) til den anden, perforerede position, således at en blister, der er indsat i spalten (23) og understøttet af blisterholderdelen (20), perforeres af blisterperforeringsdelen (34).
2. Inhalator ifølge krav 1, hvor kammeret (24) har en længdegående akse, der strækker sig mellem indtaget (29) og udtaget (26).
3. Inhalator ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det i det væsentlige cylindriske kammer (24) har mindst ét omløbsluf tindtag (30) til strømmen af ren luft ind i cyklonkammeret (24) til interagering med den lægemiddelladte luft, der strømmer mellem indtaget (29) og udtaget (26).
4. Inhalator ifølge krav 3, hvor omløbsindtaget/indtagene (30) møder kammeret (24) i en tangent, således at der dannes en cyklonisk luftstrøm af ren luft omkring den lægemiddelladte luftstrøm.
5. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 2 til 4, hvor kammeret (24) og omløbsindtagene (30) omfatter en indsats (25), der placeres inde i huset (21).
6. Inhalator ifølge krav 5, hvor huset (21) omfatter et par afstandsadskilte sidevægge (21a, 21b), hvor indsatsen (25) placeres mellem sidevæggene (21a, 21b), hvilke sidevægge (21a, 21b) strækker sig lateralt ud over enderne af omløbsindtagene (30) .
7. Inhalator ifølge krav 1, hvor blisterholderdelen (20) indbefatter en løftedel (103a) , der strækker sig ind i en udskåret sektion (101a) , der er formet i en væg af huset (21) , hvilken løftedel (103a) kun fylder en del af den udskårne sektion (101a) i væggen af huset (21), således at huset (21) og løftedelen (103a) sammen definerer en niche (R) derimellem, og spalten (34) er placeret således, at en blistertap på en blister, der er isat blisterholderdelen (20), rager frem fra spalten (34) ind i nichen.
8. Inhalator ifølge krav 7, hvor spalten (34) er konfigureret således, at en blistertap, der strækker sig ind i nichen, er anbragt med en afstand fra huset (21) og fra blisterholderdelen (20), når blisterholderdelen (20) er i dens første position.
9. Inhalator ifølge krav 8, hvor blisterholderdelen (20) og huset (21) er konfigureret således, at når blisterholderdelen (20) roteres til dens anden, perforerede position, er en blistertap, der rager frem fra åbningen ind i nichen, i en mindre tilgængelig position, end når blisterholderdelen (20) er i dens første position.
10. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor blisterholderdelen (20) omfatter et sæde til at holde en blister, der er blevet isat gennem spalten (34) i dens første position.
11. Inhalator ifølge krav 10, hvor blistersædet omfatter en blisterholdeflade (45) til at holde periferien af en blister, der omgiver en blisterskål.
12. Inhalator ifølge krav 11, hvor blisterholdefladen (45) er placeret under en omgivende væg (46), således at kanterne af en blister, der er placeret på holdefladen (45), holdes mellem holdefladen (45) og den omgivende væg.

Inhalator ifølge krav 13, hvor støttearmen (47) har et forstørret hoved med en blisterskålkoblende rand (49), hvilken støttearm (47) deformeres elastisk til muliggørelse af, at en blisterskål kan glide over hovedet og placeres i den bueformede støttearm (47) til fastholdelse af biisteren i anordningen.
15. Inhalator ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 11 til 14, hvor blisterholderdelen har en tapmodtagende niche, der er formet i en sidevæg af blisterholderdelen (20) til modtagelse af en foldet blistertap på en i forvejen isat blister.
