Claims (11)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et mesoporøst aluminiumoxid, som har et mesoporøst volumen på mere end eller lig med 0,6 ml/g, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter de følgende trin: a) blanding i vandig opløsning af mindst én aluminiumkilde, der består af et aluminiumalkoxid, mindst ét kationisk overfladeaktivt stof og mindst ét organisk opløsningsmiddel, som er valgt blandt methanol og ethanol, idet den molære sammensætning af blandingen i trin a) er sådan, at molforholdet mellem vand og aluminiumkilde er på mellem 0,1 og 10, molforholdet mellem kationisk overfladeaktivt stof og aluminiumkilde er på mellem 0,1 og 10, og molforholdet mellem organisk opløsningsmiddel og vand er på mellem 4 og 6 b) hydrotermisk behandling af den blanding, der er et resultat af trin a) c) tørring af det faste stof, der er et resultat af trin b) d) kalcinering af det faste stof, der er et resultat af trin c).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvorved det kationiske overfladeaktive stof, der anvendes til udførelse af trin a), er en kvaternær kationisk ammoniumforbindelse med formlen CH3 (CH2) nN (CH3) 3, X, hvor n ligger mellem 8 og 22 og X er et halogenid, et acetat, et phosphat, et nitrat, et methylsulfat eller et hydroxid.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge krav 2, hvorved det kationiske overfladeaktive stof er cethyltrimethylammoniumbromid.
4. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, hvorved aluminiumkilden er aluminium-tri-sec-butoxid (A1(OCH(CH3) (026)5))3) eller aluminiumisopropoxid (Al (OCH (CH3) 2) 3) .
5. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, hvorved det organiske opløsningsmiddel er ethanol.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvorved den hydrotermiske behandling udføres ved en temperatur på mellem 25 og 200 °C i et tidsrum på mellem 5 og 100 timer.
7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, hvorved tørringen udføres ved en temperatur på mellem 25 og 150 °C.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvorved kalcineringen udføres ved en temperatur på mellem 400 og 800 °C.
9. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvorved det mesoporøse aluminiumoxid er i fibrillær form.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, hvorved det mesoporøse aluminiumoxid har en specifik overflade på mere end 300 m2/g.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, hvorved det mesoporøse aluminiumoxid er uden mikroporer og makroporer.
