Claims (11)
1. Indretning til reduktion af indholdet af NOX og N2O i gasser, især i procesgasser og afgangsgasser, omfattende: A) to efter hinanden koblede katalysatorlejer indeholdende én eller flere jernholdige zeolitter, som gennemstrømmes af gassen, som indeholder NOX og N2O, og som begge er anbragt i en beholder, B) en imellem katalysatorlejerne anbragt indretning til indføring af et gasformigt reduktionsmiddel i strømmen af gassen, som indeholder NOX og N2O, omfattende en blander, som er en statisk blander, med tilsvarende indbyggede komponenter eller en dynamisk blander, igennem hvilken gassen føres efter gennemstrømning af det første katalysatorleje, og omfattende en tilgangsledning for reduktionsmiddel, som udmunder i rummet efter det første katalysatorleje og før eller i blanderen, idet den gas, som skal renses, efter at have forladt blanderen, ledes igennem det andet katalysatorleje og hvor C) i det mindste et af katalysatorlejerne er udformet i form af en hul cylinder, som gennemstrømmes radialt af gassen, som indeholder NOX og N2O.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de to katalystorlejer gennemstrømmes radialt af gassen, som indeholder NOX og N2O.
3. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at to radialt gennemstrømmede katalysatorlejer er anbragt over hinanden eller at en kombination af over hinanden anbragte aksialt og radialt gennemstrømmede katalysatorlejer foreligger, idet vejen for gassen forudbestemmes ved passende anbragte skilleflader imellem katalysatorlejerne, således at først gennemstrømmes det første katalysatorleje og efterfølgende det andet katalysatorleje.
4. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at to radialt gennemstrømmede katalysatorlejer med forskellige dimensioner foreligger, idet det udvendige mål på det ene katalysatorleje er mindre end det indvendige mål på det andet katalysatorleje og de to katalysatorlejer er anbragt indbyrdes koncentrisk, og hvor vejen for gasserne er forudbestemt ved passende anbragte skilleflader imellem katalysatorlejerne, således at først gennemstrømmes det første og derefter det andet katalysatorleje.
5. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at gassen efter gennemstrømning af det første katalysatorleje føres til en i centrum af indretningen anbragt blander.
6. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der i det første og andet katalysatorleje anvendes samme katalysator.
7. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den eller de jernholdige zeolitter er af typen MFI, BEA, FER, MOR, FAU og/eller MEL.
8. Indretning ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at den jernholdige zeolit er af typen MFI.
9. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den jernholdige zeolit er en Fe-ZSM-5.
10. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der i i det mindste ét katalysatorleje anvendes en jernholdig zeolit, som er blevet behandlet med vanddamp.
11. Indretning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at der som katalysatorer i i det mindste ét katalysatorleje anvendes jernholdig zeolit, hvor forholdet imellem ekstra-gitter-alu-minium og gitter-aluminium i det mindste er 0,5.
