Claims (16)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en injicerbar calciumphosphat-knogle-cement, der frigiver en geminal bisphosphonforbindelse, hvor fremgangsmåden omfatter tilsætning af en bisphosphonsyre eller et salt deraf eller en fast calcium-prækursor modificeret med en bisphosphonsyre eller et salt deraf til den faste cementfase eller til den flydende cementfase, hvor den faste calci-umprækursor er valgt blandt calcium-ortophosphater og ikke-phosphat-calci-umsalte, såsom CaC03 eller CaSC>4.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor mængden af bisphosphonsyren eller saltet deraf er op til 2,5 vægt-% i forhold til vægten af faste fase.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bisphosphonsyren eller saltet deraf opløses i den flydende cementfase, og mængden af bisphosphonsyren eller saltet deraf er op til 0,3 vægt-% i forhold til vægten af fast fase.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor bisphosphonsyren eller saltet deraf tilsættes til den faste cementfase, og mængden af bisphosphonsyre eller salt deraf er op til 3,5 vægt-% i forhold til vægten af fast fase.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor en fast calcium-prækursor modificeret med en bisphosphonsyre eller salt deraf tilsættes til den faste cementfase, og mængden af bisphosphonsyren eller et salt deraf er op til 0,15 vægt-% i forhold til vægten af fast fase.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, hvor bisphosphonsyren eller saltet deraf er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af etidronat, clodronat, pa-midronat, alendronat, risedronat, tiludronat, ibandronat, zoledronat, incadro-nat, olpadronat og neridronat.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1,2, 5 og 6, hvor den faste calcium-prækursor er valgt fra gruppen bestående af: calcium-deficitær apatit (CDA), α-TCP, DCPD og CaCC>3.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, hvor den faste fase omfatter en eller flere calcium- og/eller phosphatforbindelser udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af HA, a-TCP, β-TCP, ACP, MCPH, DCPA, CDA, CaC03 og blandinger deraf.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, hvor den faste fase også omfatter mindst en syntetisk polymer eller biopolymer.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, hvor den flydende fase består i en vandig Na2HPC>4-opløsning, en vandig NaH2P04-opløsning eller en vandig citronsyreopløsning.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 10, hvor pH-værdien af den flydende fase er mellem 5 og 10, fortrinsvis mellem 5 og 9, mest foretrukket mellem 5 og 7.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 11, hvor forholdet mellem den flydende fase/den faste fase (L/S) ligger mellem 0,20 og 0,9 ml/g, mere foretrukket mellem 0,25 og 0,8 ml/g, stadig foretrukket mellem 0,25 og 0,45 ml/g, mest foretrukket 0,30 til 0,45 ml/g.
13. Injicerbar apatitisk calciumphosphat-cement, der kan opnås ifølge fremgangsmåden ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12.
14. Injicerbar apatitisk calciumphosphat-cement ifølge krav 13, yderligere omfattende et kontrastmiddel, fortrinsvis bariumsulfat.
15. Anvendelse af en injicerbar apatitisk CPC ifølge et af kravene 13 eller 14, til fremstilling af et medikament til fyldning af en knogledefekt, en tanddefekt eller en fraktur.
16. Kit til fremstilling af en injicerbar calciumphosphat-knoglecement, der frigiver en bisphosphonsyre eller et salt deraf ifølge et af kravene 13 eller 14 omfattende en bisphosphonsyre eller et salt deraf eller en fast calcium-prækursor modificeret med en bisphosphonsyre eller et salt deraf, en fast fase og en flydende fase, hvor den faste calciumprækursor er valgt blandt calcium-ortophosphater og ikke-phosphat-calciumsalte, såsom CaC03 eller CaSC>4.
