Claims (15)
1. Matteringsmiddel, som kan anvendes til fremstilling af matterede belægninger, omfattende: uorganiske oxid partikler; og voks, som er belagt på de uorganiske oxidpartikler, hvor voksen har en krystallinitet på omkring 50% eller mere og foreligger i en mængde på 15 til 30 vægt% baseret på den totale vægt af matteringsmidlet.
2. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor den nævnte voks har en krystallinitet på omkring 55% eller mere.
3. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor den nævnte voks har en krystallinitet på omkring 60% eller mere.
4. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor voksen har en krystallinitet på omkring 70% eller mere.
5. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor voksen haren krystallinitet på omkring 80% eller mere.
6. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor voksen omfatter polyolefin.
7. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor den uorganiske oxid omfatter siliciumoxid, aluminiumoxid, magnesiumoxid, titandioxid, zirkoniumdioxid, jernoxid eller blandinger deraf.
8. Matteringsmiddel ifølge krav 1, hvor den uorganiske oxid har en median partikelstørrelse på 2-12 mikrometer.
9. Belægningsformulering, som kan anvendes til fremstilling af matterede belægninger, omfattende: uorganiske oxid partikler; voks belagt på de uorganiske oxidpartikler; og belægningsformuleringskomponenter; hvor voksen har en krystallinitet på omkring 50% eller mere og foreligger i en mængde på 15 til 30 vægt% baseret på den totale vægt af de uorganiske oxidpartikler og den nævnte voks, som er belagt på de uorganiske oxidpartikler.
10. Belægningsformulering i overensstemmelse med krav 9, hvor voksen har en krystallinitet på omkring 60% eller mere.
11. Belægningsformulering i overensstemmelse med krav 9, hvor voksen har en krystalllinitet på omkring 70% eller mere.
12. Belægningsformulering i overensstemmelse med krav 9, hvor voksen har en krystallinitet på omkring 80% eller mere.
13. Matteret belægning omfattende: uorganiske oxidpartikler; og voks belagt på de uorganiske oxidpartikler, hvor voksen har en krystallinitet på omkring 50% eller mere og foreligger i en mængde på 15 til 30 vægt% baseret på den totale vægt af de uorganiske oxidpartikler og den nævnte voks, som er belagt på de uorganiske oxidpartikler.
14. Matteret belægning ifølge krav 13, hvor slidmodstandsevnen for belægningen ved anvendelse af Fabertesten er mindre end 10 enheder af glans ved 60°.
15. Matteret belægning ifølge krav 13, hvor slidmodstandsevnen for belægningen ved anvendelse af Fabertesten er mindre end 5 enheder af glans ved 20°.
