R3Si−O−SiR3 (I)
R3Si−N(H)−SiR3 (II)
ここで遊離基Rは同一もしくは異なったものであり、そしてそれぞれ水素、または非反応性、有機、線状、分枝、環状、飽和もしくは不飽和、芳香族もしくはヘテロ芳香族の遊離基、好ましくはC1〜C18のアルキルもしくはC6〜C14のアリール、そしてもっと好ましくはC1〜C6のアルキル、シクロアルキル、フェニル、ビニルもしくはアクリルである。等しく適切な疎水性部分は式R1 4-nSiClnもしくはR1 4-nSi(OR2)nのシランから得られることができ、ここでn=1〜4、そしてR1およびR2は同一もしくは異なり、そしてそれぞれ水素、または非反応性、有機、線状、分枝、環状、飽和もしくは不飽和、芳香族もしくはヘテロ芳香族遊離基、好ましくはC1〜C18のアルキルもしくはC6〜C14のアリール、そしてもっと好ましくはC1〜C6のアルキル、シクロへキシル、もしくはフェニルである。遊離基は、さらにフッ素もしくは塩素のようなハロゲン置換基を含みうる。最も好ましくは疎水性部分はトリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリル、もしくはジメチルシリルであり、金属酸化物はトリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリル、およびジメチルシリルからなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の表面部分を有する。
金属酸化物は約0.01〜0.1g/cm3のようないかなるタップ密度を有しうる。タップ密度を測定するために、乾燥粉末の知られている質量が、10cm3のメスシリンダーに移され、そして手により40回タップされる。ついで、容積が書き留められ、密度が/容積が計算される。
Claims (34)
- (a)樹脂系、および
(b)疎水性金属酸化物を含有するつや消し剤、
を含み、前記金属酸化物は、トリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリル、およびジメチルシリルからなる群より選ばれる表面部分を有するエーロゲル又はキセロゲルであり、かつ基体への塗布後に垂れ防止メータで測定したときに、75μmのノッチ高さで垂れない、つや消しチキソトロープペイント配合物。 - 前記金属酸化物が、シリカエーロゲル又はシリカキセロゲルである、請求項1記載の配合物。
- 前記配合物が、40光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルによりさらに特徴づけられる、請求項1もしくは2記載の配合物。
- 前記配合物が、30光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルにより特徴づけられる、請求項3記載の配合物。
- 前記樹脂系が、アルキド、アクリル、エポキシ、ウレタン、ポリエステル、セルロース、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか記載の配合物。
- 前記樹脂系が、少なくとも1種のアルキドを含む、請求項5記載の配合物。
- 前記樹脂系が、少なくとも1種のアクリルを含む、請求項5記載の配合物。
- 前記配合物がさらにキャリアを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか記載の配合物。
- 前記キャリアが水である、請求項8記載の配合物。
- 前記キャリアが、炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン、エステル、エーテルおよびそれらの混合物から選ばれる有機溶媒である、請求項8記載の配合物。
- 前記金属酸化物が、少なくとも40%の疎水性度により特徴づけられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか記載の配合物。
- 前記金属酸化物が、1〜15μmのメジアン粒径を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか記載の配合物。
- 前記樹脂が10〜95wt%の量で存在し、そして前記金属酸化物が0.5〜15wt%の量で存在する、請求項1〜12のいずれか記載の配合物。
- 前記配合物がさらにチキソトロープ添加剤を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか記載の配合物。
- 前記チキソトロープ添加剤がアルキドにもとづく、請求項14記載の配合物。
- 前記アルキドが、アミドもしくはウレタンで修飾されたアルキドである、請求項15記載の配合物。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか記載の配合物で被覆された表面を有する基体。
- 基体の表面に、請求項1〜16のいずれか記載の配合物を塗布することを含む、基体の処理方法。
- つや消しチキソトロープペイント配合物の製造方法であって、
(a)疎水性金属酸化物を用意すること、ここで前記金属酸化物は、トリメチルシリル、ビニルジメチルシリル、アクリルジメチルシリル、およびジメチルシリルからなる群より選ばれる表面部分を有するエーロゲル又はキセロゲルであり、かつ基体への塗布後に垂れ防止メータで測定したときに、前記配合物が75μmのノッチ高さで垂れないこと、ならびに
(b)前記金属酸化物を樹脂と混合して、ペイント配合物を生成させること、
を含む、つや消しチキソトロープペイント配合物の製造方法。 - 前記金属酸化物がシリカエーロゲル又はシリカキセロゲルである、請求項19記載の方法。
- 前記配合物が、40光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルによりさらに特徴づけられる、請求項19もしくは20記載の方法。
- 前記配合物が、30光沢単位以下の60°光沢レベルにより特徴づけられる、請求項21記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂系が、アルキド、アクリル、エポキシ、ウレタン、ポリエステル、セルロース、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる、請求項19〜22のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂系が少なくとも1種のアルキドを含む、請求項23記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂系が少なくとも1種のアクリルを含む、請求項23記載の方法。
- 前記配合物がさらにキャリアを含む、請求項19〜25のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアが水である、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアが、炭化水素、アルコール、ケトン、エステル、エーテルおよびそれらの混合物から選ばれる有機溶媒である、請求項26記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が、少なくとも40%の疎水性度により特徴づけられる、請求項19〜28のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が、0.2〜15μmのメジアン粒径を有する、請求項19〜29のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂が、10〜95wt%の量で存在し、かつ金属酸化物が0.5〜15wt%の量で存在する、請求項19〜30のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記配合物がさらにチキソトロープ添加剤を含む、請求項19〜31のいずれか記載の方法。
- 前記チキソトロープ添加剤がアルキドにもとづく、請求項32記載の方法。
- 前記アルキドが、アミドもしくはウレタンで修飾されたアルキドである、請求項33記載の方法。
